The ground floor at Bill's Bunker features 3 guest bedrooms, including 2 Queen Bed rooms with full bathrooms en suite, plus a super-cool bunk bedroom with putting green! The bunk beds have Full Size mattresses, offering more room and comfort than your typical bunk bed setup. The full bathroom adjacent to the Queen Suite on the rear of the home doubles as the pool bath, offering easy access from the patio area.

The ground level family room is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. Open up the French doors and make your way to the gorgeous patio and pool area, with seating available for those who enjoy the shade or the sun. Kick your feet up poolside, or jump in and cool off with a refreshing swim! No need to walk to the community pool, you've got one right outside your door!

The 2nd floor of Bill's Bunker is the main living level. You'll absolutely love the wide-open floor plan, w/ the gorgeous kitchen, spacious living room and elegant dining area all within one large open area. The kitchen is an entertainer's delight, featuring a smartly designed island w/ bar seating and a wine refrigerator built in to one side. The pantry features counter space that is the perfect spot for making your coffee utilizing the Nespresso which takes Vertuo sized pods. There is also a hot water carafe for brewing your favorite tea. Cooking in this kitchen is an experience, not a chore. A sophisticated color scheme and stylish pendant lighting set the mood for a wonderful evening or a terrific start to your day on the beach.

The living area features comfortable seating for the whole family, and a TV for your enjoyment. In the dining area, enjoy a meal with the family under "candlelight" chandeliers and recount your adventures from a day spent in the sand or in the water.
