Whether you’re here to ski, hike, or just relax, you’ll love the central location—steps from shops, restaurants, and the slopes.
Please note: this unit is accessible via stairs only. This unit has 3 separate sleeping areas. The town assessor has to make a change to the county record. Please call us if you have any questions.
17 Vail Road Condos are located right in the Village, across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel. Located just a short 5 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One, and all of the Village amenities. There is free WIFI & free covered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $275 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
This two bedroom plus loft three bath suite features living space; one king bed; two queen beds; two twin beds; sofa sleeper; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.
