Team was awesome!! We checked in late and had some issues with the lockbox (there's an owner lockbox next to the front door and a guest lockbox tucked away out of sight, which we originally had trouble locating / didn't know there was a distinction). We called and texted the team at 8:30 pm and had a response within minutes! Additionally, we had some questions about guest parking and trash and they picked up the phone right away each time. We so appreciated the immediate responses and level of service! The only (small, very minor, more specific to the technical platform the team may be using) feedback is that it seems like when a text is sent to the team and a team member responds by calling the guest, the other team members aren't notified that the issue has been resolved. This results in multiple team members calling/texting the guest and at times, I missed those second/third calls and texts and felt a bit guilty. Regardless, thanks for the great service and help, team!

Great Condo #38 at Vail Cascades

This Condo was amazing. It had top of the line kitchen appliances and fully stocked. The bathrooms were all remodeled with high end fixtures. The beds were comfortable and lots of sheets, towels, pillows and blankets. It was a two minute walk to a good size outdoor Jacuzzi and the local shuttle bus. Our family of nine really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.
