Oasis in the heart of downtown Boulders

This charming and modern townhouse in the heart of downtown Boulder nestles up to a small irrigation creek and is surrounded and canopied by mature trees.  Enjoy views of the flatirons and sip coffee on your private deck, almost forgetting you are minutes from the hustle and bustle. Our walk score of 94 means that you can park your car upon arrival in your reserved spot and walk to the Pearl Street Mall with 100’s of local shops and restaurants, 29th Street Mall for shopping, dining and a movie, the CU Boulder campus and Folsom Stadium, the Boulder Farmer’s Market, parks, hiking trails, biking trails and much more.

You will enjoy high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, goose-down filled comforters and pillows, wool and silk rugs, electric window coverings, memory-foam mattresses with an adjustable bed frame, digital cable, Sonos sound system with in-wall speakers, in-floor radiant heat and an electric fireplace for a quick warm up and a bit of ambiance in the winter. For summer, we have a built-in wall A/C unit to keep you cool. 

For the cook, the well-appointed kitchen has solid slab quartz counter tops with a waterfall edge, mother-of-pearl back splash, Bosch appliances, a well-stocked dry pantry with spices and most all equipment you need to prepare a gourmet meal if you choose to eat-in. There are 8 grocery stores within 1 mile, including 2 Whole Foods Markets, Natural Grocers, Trader Joe’s, Target, Safeway, and Sprouts.  

Forget your toothbrush?  We have you covered with a drawer of sundries.

If you happen to be here at the right time, you may even find fresh lettuce for your salad in the community garden.

Our location allows you a home base for many adventures and day trips such as Rocky Mountain National Park (28 Miles), mountain resorts like Vail (64 Miles), local skiing at Eldora (18 miles), an adventure in the city of Denver (28 miles) and more!

Cute and cozy!

This property was as described, very clean and extremely well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with the creek in front of us, and a dedicated parking spot made for easy in and out. We walked to Pearl Street and enjoyed the neighborhood.

Great Boulder Stay

Great location for walking downtown. Peaceful porch with view of a stream that was a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon drink. Most complete kitchen setup and best selection of stocked goods (coffee, spices, etc.) of any rental we have stayed in. Very close drive to university and to Flatirons.

The place was nice and comfortable, the living room was good, the kitchen well equipped. I would only add the caveat that the stairs to the bedroom are steep, and older people (such as me) need to be cautious.

The rental was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to Pearl Street! The host was kind and very communicative. When we arrived, there was a welcome binder that included info on the rental and nearby activities. There was a pamphlet that showed scenic drives nearby and we definitely took advantage of that information. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again!

Lovely, cozy, clean unit. It has all the little things that make it feel like a home - travel-sized mouthwashes, plenty of spices, and tupperware. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area

Great and comfortable stay at the apartment. Super convenient to walk to town and easy to get out and about. Loved the Sonos music, especially since we already have the app, and all of the thoughtful, homey touches. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay in Boulder

We had a wonderful stay here. This is the most well stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed at. The location was great and the off street parking spot was perfect. We were able to walk to eat and explore. We would for sure stay here again!
