This beautiful three bedroom Lighthouse Villa is part of the exclusive block 1, featuring the closest location to the Beach Club and a brand new semi-private pool. No need to worry about beach parking when you are just a short walk away-even closer when using the free bikes we provide. Many lovely updates, an open floorplan, and sunny exposure make this property an ideal place to relax and reconnect.

This villa comes with many extras: Free Clay court tennis time ball at a private club, a free pass to a local fitness center with a variety of classes, free reliable WIFI, and of course two free bikes for exploring Sea Pines. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.
Enjoy the beautiful golf view, and the leisure trails and forest preserve for some wildlife and tranquility. Or head to the beach or Harbor Town for fun in the sun. Amazing villa close to the beach

This villa was clean and the property managers are amazing. They made it so easy to enjoy our vacation. It is within walking distance to the beach and some of the beach necessities are included with the villa, such as beach chairs. We dis rent a beach wagon for the week, using one of the many recommendations from Jessica. We also enjoyed the pool. Awesome stay and amazing villa.

The place was clean, nicely decorated and welcoming. Bathroom downstairs showed its age a little. I would recommend a better showerhead. Hosts were very responsive when we asked for missing items such as beach towels and ironing board. I did get feedback that the beach chairs were old and dirty. Overall we were quite pleased though the mentioned improvements would be welcome.

Girls Trip

Working with Jessica was great; very professional and responsive. The Villa's proximity to the semi private pool was definitely the selling point, and did not disappoint. It was great walking out the back door, and boom you're at the pool. What was disappointing, was the lack of outdoor furniture. There was a love seat with wet dirty coushins, so not usable. I feel like not activating that space is a missed opportunity. Also, the stained furniture and rugs was a shocker...would not have expected that, based on the caliber of Sea Pines.

Its not very often that your rental is better than the online pictures but this villa was better than we had hoped. It was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Great location. The bedroom set up was perfect for us. King bed on the main, Queen in one bedroom upstairs(would of preferred a King). The third bedroom had a trundle which was perfect for my granddaughter14 and grandson 12. The pool is right outside the back door and lots of areas to walk my two dogs. Lots of seating area to enjoy each other's company and watch football games. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place, perfect for our family, and close to the beach.

Loved the place. It had everything we needed and the bikes for us to use on site were perfect. We rode them to the beach every morning which was a quick bike ride away. Pool is nice and close and was never busy during our stay.

This property was clean, well equipped and suited us well. The location was great - easy walk to the beach. Property managers were always quick to respond to questions. The only issue was that parking for two cars was a challenge.

Our family of 5 ( 3 college students) and my husband and I had a great stay. This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and couldn’t have asked for a better location and villa. We enjoyed walking to the beach and riding bikes everywhere! We look forward to staying in this villa again.

Great place

This was our first visit to HH, and we loved Sea Pines! The villa was perfect for our family and I enjoyed my morning coffee while overlooking the golf course. The location is perfect and close enough to the beach for either walking or biking, and having the pool just right outside was also fabulous! The kitchen had all the basics needed for cooking however we were unable to locate a wine opener. The bikes were a great plus, as we rode everywhere! Would definitely stay again!

Great for our family get together!

We really enjoyed HHI and this was a terrific location for our family to bike from to the beach, nature preserve and lighthouse. The house has plenty of room for the 6 of us and the fact that our pup was welcome made the trip that much better! The decor was pleasant and plenty of room to spread out. We utilized the bikes there as well, having them available was super convenient.

The villa is wonderful - clean, spacious, and lots of extras (two bikes; kitchen has plenty of dishes, cookware, large fridge; even a nice selection of books, DVDs, and puzzles). Also, it's a great location -- we walked to the beach most days; short drive to Harbourtown. We will definitely book this again if it's available when we return to Hilton Head.

Great proximity to beach! Pool would have been nice but it was cold for late sept early October. Clean property that was very dog friendly. Being dog friendly is one of the most important Factors in my decision to stay at a property. Thank you for the opportunity to bring all of our family on a beach trip.

This was a really nice location for our family. We enjoyed having the bikes to use and the pool is right outside the back patio door. The beds were very comfortable. It’s fun being by the golf course and just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The booking process was easy and check in was easy too. Upon arrival the villa was very clean and smelled fresh. This particular villa was very close to the pool but still offered privacy. 2 bikes were provided free of charge for our use. The villa is about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach depending on which beach access you use. Special linens were provided for our dog. We had a great stay and we will definitely come back again!

Quick trip to HHI

We were thankful to find a last minute rental for a few days at our favorite vacation spot-Seapines! The location of the townhouse is wonderful! The space worked for my husband, 2 adult children and me. It was nice that it came with 2 bikes as we love riding bikes there. The townhouse kitchen was adequately stocked for the 4 of us. Jessica was easy to work with. The townhouse could use a really good deep clean if time affords between guests.

Sea pines is by far the best location on HHI. The Condo is in great location for a short bike/walk to the beach. The private pool was great. I would definitely recommend this location for a visit to HHI.

Great, safe getaway!

We love going to HHI, and this was the first time we stayed at this property. The pool is private to the condos, and barely had anyone there. When other people were there, everyone kept more than 6 ft distance, or left and came back when our family was done. The condo was very clean and it has a great view of the water on the golf course. While this place is close to the Marriott Beach Club access, we opted out of the beach due to possible crowds. Jessica was extremely accommodating (we actually came from another condo she manages the week prior), and she made sure we transitioned smoothly and had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here with our eight-year-old daughter and dog. The pool, only for the nine adjacent villas, was great! This is our favorite location within Sea Pines — we often walked to the beach, accessing it from the Sea Pines Beach Club. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious for the three of us plus dog. Thank you to property manager Jessica for being immediately responsive when we called for help to flip a switch we couldn’t find to get electricity back in the upstairs bathroom. Our only recommendation would be to get a king bed with new mattress for one of the large bedrooms.

Wonderful stay!

My husband, our two young boys (ages 6 & 4) as well as our French Bulldog had a great stay during our trip to Hilton Head! The location of the property was conveniently located near the Sea Pines Beach Club as well as Harbor Town. The condo was spacious and had all of the amenities we needed! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends/family!
