- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Cozy and practical house with private pool in Bahia Grande, Llucmajor: near Maioris and Sa Torre. It has 3 bedrooms for 5 people, 3 bathrooms (1 in suite). Airconditioning.  
It has a spacious open kitchen with dining area and a large living room that overlooks the pool, BBQ area and gardens. This charming and spacious home is located in the quiet residential area of Bahía Grande belonging to Llucmajor area in the south coast of Mallorca, it has beautiful beaches and golf courses.
Bahía Grande includes a swimming area formed by rocks and pallets, which is usually used assiduously by the residents, built on the upper base of a vertical and high (100 meters above sea level) cliff. It is a very quiet ride and outstanding views. Being an area highly demanded for its tranquility, ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

Highly recommend...

A spotless house in a nice residential area. Exactly as described. The pool area and house were both lovely and we had a great stay. You definitely need a car but it is just a short trip to the airport and easy access to other routes. Highly recommend

Very nice house with everything you need. Very good communication! Very clean! The were some small issues. When you sleep with open window it’s very loud at night (dogs, neighbors etc..). When you close the window everything is fine. And the shower at the parents bedroom is in the high of the stomach. There is no WiFi at the parents bedroom. In October the pool is much colder than the sea because there is a lot of shadow on this side. So we couldn’t use it. Maybe in summer it’s much better. Everything else is perfect. Thank you very much!

Es war wirklich alles Prima und unkompliziert. Ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der auch tolle Tips zum Einkaufen in der Umgebung hatte und auch vom nächst gelegenen Krankenhaus. Das Haus war gepflegt, es war super ausgestattet und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Wirklich alles. Von Handtüchern, Strandtüchern, Fön, Kinderbett, Seife, OptiGrill, Wäscheständer, Waschmanschine/Trockner… und und und. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles.

Nice villa in a quiet location...

Alfredo welcomed us very nicely in the villa and showed us everything in detail. The villa is basically in a quiet location, except the many barking dogs in the area can disturb especially at night. The condition of the villa is good and mostly corresponds to the state on the photos . However, we can only recommend the villa.

Hemos disfrutado De la Villa durante catorce noches y han sido días muy especiales. La anfitriona siempre atiende tus demandas y tus deseos. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa. Muy limpia y con todo lo imprescindible y más ….Recomiendo este alojamiento ya que os aseguro ….repetiremos!!. Nos encantan mirar los atardeceres con el mar de fondo en los acantilados…. muy cerquita De la Villa.Existe supermercado y un pequeño centro comercial en la urbanización.. Villaonline, profesionales que se han ganado mi confianza durante tres años en mis visitas la isla de Mallorca.¡Gracias por todo!

Mooi groot huis met fijne tuin. De tuin is precies groot genoeg als je met jonge kinderen bent. Je hebt goed overzicht! Het zwembad was ook heerlijk! Supermarkt en een aantal restaurants zijn op een kleine afstand lopen.

We hebben heerlijk genoten van ons verblijf in Mallorca...

Gezien de covid omstandigheden waren we veel op het huis aangewezen en dat was zeker geen straf. We hebben alle 5 ( 2 volwassenen en 3 kids) ontzettend genoten van het zwembad, de tuin en het hele huis! We werden zelfs een ochtend verrast met vers fruit en groente uit eigen tuin! Super omgeving, elke dag een andere strans bezocht met de auto. Het waren geweldige dagen, zou het iedereen aanraden!
