Our 50,000 square meters of land is surrounded by nature and birds. Inviting to just breath and enjoy the peace of the surrounding, the majestic mountain of Galdent gives a special feeling to the place. Located a few minutes from the center of Llucmajor and the airport. The most beautiful beaches of the south of Mallorca are located just a few kilometers away. It is comfortably reached from Palma, easy access and perfectly communicate. Wifi available.
The house has two floors, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and the living room. Surrounded by terraces with beautiful views from which you can contemplate as much the sunset as the sunrise. The pool with a considerable size is filled with water that flows from the source of the land. It is a place chosen by many native birds that enjoy this protected space.
You can visit sveral spa and wellness centers in this beautiful area.

Charming finca in a quiet location

A charming finca in a quiet location - great for a relaxing stay. The property is well-equipped: great pool, AC, and lovely outdoor area. However, seating area with barbecue could use some minor updates. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Die Finca ist ruhig und schön gelegen. Leider ist sie sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wenig modernisiert. Die Türen lassen sich nicht schließen oder nur mit viel Kraft und lautstark, daher bleibt wenig Privatsphäre. Aus der einen Dusche kam kaum Wasser, sodass Haare waschen ewig gedauert hat. Es wurde leider auch sehr lange nicht warm, was für das Duschen eines Babys natürlich ziemlich ungeeignet ist. Die Outdoordusche ging zunächst nicht und wurde dann vom Gärtner provisorisch repariert mit einem Gartenschlauch und einem Kabelbinder. Die Outdoormöbel wirken wild zusammengestellt und sind teilweise reif für den Sperrmüll. Ein großes Problem sind die fehlenden Sonnenschirme. Es gab nur zwei am Pool. Wenn man draußen auf der Terrasse essen wollte, musste man die schweren Schirmständer vom Pool hochschleppen. Die Markise nutzt da leider überhaupt nichts. Ein Baby oder Kind kann daher nicht auf der Terrasse spielen, da die Fliesen extrem heiß werden. In der Küche fehlt es an Basics: Weingläser oder ein Nudelsieb zum Beispiel. Für den Preis denke ich es lohnt sich mal etwas Geld in Geschirr, Sonnenschirme und Duschen zu investieren. Der Pool war schön, aber auch die Umrandung und die Pooltiefe total ungeeignet für Kinder. Als erwachsene Frau mit 1,70 m kann man im Pool nicht stehen.

Las sombrillas eran nuevas recién compradas hasta que las has dejado abiertas por la noche sin hacer caso a las instrucciones de la casa de cerrarlas por la noche, cayendo dentro de la piscina. Tampoco hicisteis caso al aviso de no mover la llave de paso dejando las plantas sin agua durante mucho tiempo. La cocina de casa está totalmente equipada y las duchas también funcionan muy bien con caudal y temperatura . Sinceramente habéis hecho un checkin muy temprano porque tenías un bebé y eso os lo he regalado y también os he regalado estar en casa con más gente de la registrada oficialmente. Un saludo , Esther

Tolle Unterkunft

Super schöne Unterkunft, mit einem großen Pool und in einer schönen Landschaft. Zu schönen Stränden und nach Palma ist es nicht weit (ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto). Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, allerdings könnte die Küche besser ausgestattet sein. Es ist auch wichtig zu erwähnen, dass man im Pool nicht stehen kann. Esther war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Llucmajor

+ gute Erreichbarkeit vom Flughafen (ca. 20min) + sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin + gute Ausstattung der Unterkunft (Küchenutensilien, Badzubehör, etc.) + große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten - auch im Schatten + viel Platz im Haus o großer Pool, gut geeignet zum Schwimmen, aber Wassertiefe >1,50m - Menschen unter 1,80m können nur auf der Treppe stehen, viel Chlor im Wasser, blonde Haare können sich leicht grün verfärben - Betten sehr hart und quietschend - abends oft lautes Hundegebell von Nachbargrundstücken - morgens ab 5 Uhr Wecker durch Hühner + Hahn vom Nachbargrundstück

Tolle Finca mit großem Pool

Wir haben mit vier Freunden ein verlängertes Wochenende im September hier verbracht. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten war hierfür absolut ausreichend. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was man im Prinzip benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin bezüglich Check-In, Check-Out und anderen Belangen war unkompliziert und einwandfrei. Wir haben den kurzen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus genossen und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Resulta un tanto caro e inexacto en relación a lo ofrecido: no se dice que no hay aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores de pie; tampoco indica que la propietaria vive en otra casa a escasa distancia, lo cual resta intimidad, tampoco hay ninguna sombrilla y algunos muebles necesitan sustitución. Una pequeña incidencia fue solucionada con rapidez. Creo que no repetiría.

Gracias Pep, Aquí las respuestas: "no se dice que no hay aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores de pie": Sólo tienes que leer bien las características de la casa, para darte cuenta de la exactitud de la descripción .-) "tampoco indica que la propietaria vive en otra casa a escasa distancia, lo cual resta intimidad": Gracias por comentarlo, algo de lo que fuiste informado antes de proseguir con tu reserva, estoy a unos 200 m de la casa, sin restar intimidad. "tampoco hay ninguna sombrilla y algunos muebles necesitan sustitución": Si miras las fotos de la casa que anuncio, esta no figura con sombrillas, tenemos la sombra natural de los arboles justo al lado..mucho más bonito y seguro .-) . Cada temporada actualizamos los muebles que lo necesitan :-) "Una pequeña incidencia fue solucionada con rapidez".: Un placer "Creo que no repetiría": Si cambias de opinión aquí estoy! Nicht empfehlenswert

Das Objekt hat die besten Tage längst gesehen, Investitionen oder gar Pflege von Umgebung, Gebäude oder Inventar erfolgt offensichtlich nicht mehr. Sitzgelegenheiten sind rar, zumeist Plastikstühle mit aufgelöster Sitzfläche. Der wichtige Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse ist unzureichend, am Pool nicht vorhanden. Die Küchenutensilien entsprechen eher mittlerem Campingniveau. Auf den umgebenden Nachbargrundstücken hielten uns Hunde, in Zwingern um die Wette bellend, erfolgreich von der Nachtruhe fern. Positiv anzumerken ist der grosse Pool, der zweimal die Woche gereinigt wird. Schade, man könnte mehr draus machen.

Querido Thomas, gracias por tu opinión. Me gustaría aclarar algunos puntos. Es cierto que no hay sombrillas en la piscina como muestro en las fotos, ya que podía ser peligroso debido al viento y otras experiencias del pasado. Pero hay al lado unos árboles maravillosos con gran sombra. Los utensilios de cocina definitivamente no son de acampada: vasos de cristal y platos de cerámica. El mobiliario de la terraza es un mobiliario clásico y totalmente en buen uso, si algo se rompe lo vamos cambiando. Tanto la lavadora, el termo y la nevera son nuevos de este año, así como las persianas de la planta de abajo. La finca tiene 50.000 m. lo cual es difícil de encontrar en Mallorca y mantiene mucha distancia de los vecinos, a veces hay algún perro que ladra..es lo normal en el campo. Siento te haya podido molestar. Disfruta de este verano maravilloso.

Finca ist etwas altbacken, Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, Terrassenstühle teilweise kaputt, keinen richtigen Wasserkocher, Außenbeleuchtung extrem hell…und und und Diese Finca werden wir trotz guter Lage nicht mehr buchen.

Hallo, leider haben sie noch keine Waschmaschinen erfunden, die ein Leben lang halten, aber ich habe Ihnen meine private Waschmaschine angeboten, die sich 100 Meter von Ihrem Haus entfernt befindet. Zu Hause ist ein Wasserkocher, den haben Sie sicher noch nicht gesehen. Die Beleuchtung im Haus ist in Zonen unterteilt, sodass Sie mehr oder weniger Licht einschalten können. Viele Grüße, Esther.

Tolle Location - exzellenter Pool!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Der mit Grundwasser gespeiste Pool hat einfach die perfekte Temperatur und ist göttlich! Man befindet sich umgeben von Natur und kann die Ruhe hervorragend genießen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank! :)

Alles runterherum sehr gut für einen kurztripp

Das Haus ist gut geschnitten, man hat eine sehr gute Anbindung nach Palma und der Umgebung. Ausstattung ist einfach ordentlich. Es könnten etwas „schärfere“ Messer Vorort sein, das würde die Essensvorbereitung erleichtern, gerade jetzt wo alles nach 17.00 Uhr zu hat, Ein schöner Ort um zu Verweilen und entspannen, gern wieder

Ruhe und Erholung

Das Haus ist etwas abseits vom schönen Dorf Llucmajor zu finden. Es ist auf einem riesigen Grundstück und verfügt über einen wunderschönen Pool. Etwas tief zwar, aber der Pool wird regelmässig gewartet. Wir durften zwei sehr erholsame Wochen dort verbringen. Einziger kleiner Nachteile war das laute Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft sowie die fehlende Klimaanlage. Dadurch viel es bei Temperaturen weit über 30 Grad oft etwas schwer erholsamen Schlaf zu finden. Die Küche war zudem etwas mager ausgestattet. Im Endeffekt konnten wir alles kochen, wir haben aber auch einiges dazu gekauft. Esther war bei Fragen steht's erreichbar. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die schönen Ferien. Liebe Grüsse nach Mallorca.

Lovely spacious villa and pool

We had a very nice holiday here in this rural setting. The villa is large and well provided for with everything you could want. The patio and seating areas provide beautiful views over the local countryside and hills. The pool is very good and large but quite deep at both ends so may not be ideal for everyone. LLucmajor is an interesting town and worth a bit of exploration. There are very nice restaurants in the centre. Given the rural/agricultural setting of the villa there is a typical dawn chorus. Highly recommended.

Entspannung pur!

Wir wurden von Esther sehr herzlich willkommen. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Llucmajor auf einem riesigen Grundstück. Das Haus selbst ist einfach, aber alles war sehr sauber und großzügig. Es gibt eine große Terrasse vor dem Haus, so dass immer ein Plätzchen in der Sonne zu finden ist. Der Pool ist herrlich gross und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Esther wohnt ca. 100m entfernt auf dem selben Grundstück und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. In der Küche fehlt leider das ein oder andere, aber letztlich konnten wir alles kochen, was wir wollten. Insgesamt haben wir zwei wunderschöne Wochen hier verbracht und können das Haus weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank liebe Esther und viele Grüße aus Frankfurt!

Schönes Haus mit riesigem Grundstück

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Organisation mit der freundlichen Vermieterin bzgl. Anreise/Abreise war unproblematisch. Sofern wir Hilfe benötigten war sie immer erreichbar. Sie wohnt auf dem gleichen Grundstück etwa 100m entfernt von der Finca. Das Grundstück ist definitiv riesig und der Pool ist wunderbar und für 6 Personen groß genug. Ausstattung im Haus ist ausreichend, dass man grillen und kochen kann. Utensilien für den Haushalt vermissten wir nicht. Zustand des Hauses und der Anlage war gut. Haus war sauber. Fühlten uns jederzeit sehr wohl und konnten es genießen in der Natur zu wohnen (keinerlei Verkehrslärm, selten mal ein Fluggzeug gehört, Hunde bellen aus der Nachbarschaft) aber mit dem Auto trotzdem schnell beim Supermarkt zu sein oder nach Palma zu fahren (15-20 min nach Arenal).

Pure Erholung

Wir verbrachten einen wunderbaren Urlaub auf Mallorca. Das riesige Gelände und die damit verbundene Ruhe, der große Pool, das weitläufige Gelände und die schöne Finca sorgten für die perfekte Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Alles war sehr sauber! Die Vermieterin Esther war jederzeit für einen da, egal ob für eine Restaurantempfehlung, den Taxiruf oder Ähnliches. Danke! Wir kommen gerne wieder ;-)

Beautiful peaceful country home with amazing pool

Our family have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this villa. It was so peaceful with fabulous views and in a good central location from which to explore Mallorca. The villa had a traditional feel which added to the experience. The pool was fantastic - you could properly swim - and it was a real luxury to have a swim with the children before breakfast each day - what a treat. We holidayed with my teenage children aged 16 and 14 and they loved the pool - one thing I would say is that there isn't really a shallow end - it is great for real swimming - but it may be worth visitors being aware of this if they came with younger non-swimmers. Llucmajor is an interesting town with plenty of good bars and restaurants - the villa is about 15 mins from some beautiful beaches and very convenient for Palma and the airport. Ruhe und Erholung auf großem Grundstück

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus mit schönem Blick auf den Galdent. Durch die Lage und Grösse des Grundstücks ist man hier gut aufgehoben wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Der Standort ist auch Ideal wenn man an einen der schönen Strände fahren oder einfach nur die Insel erkunden möchte. Die Ausstattung war zweckmässig aber ausreichend. Eine Optimierung der Koch- und Ess-Utensilien würde die ansonsten ordentlich ausgestattete Küche zusätzlich aufwerten. Der Pool ist schön groß und tief. Esther ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und war bei Fragen und Problemen zeitnah für uns da.

The perfect holiday!

The villa was fantastic, in a beautiful setting!The accommodation itself was lovely, everything you could want and more... We couldn't have had a better pool: it was large and regularly cleaned by the gardener. Esther was on hand at all times if needed and was friendly and welcoming upon arrival! Would highly recommend this villa!

Casa perfecta para unas buenas vacaciones!

Totalmente recomendable pasar aquí tus vacaciones. La parcela es enorme y la casa es muy cómoda y acogedora. Además, la piscina te da la oportunidad de tener unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajadas. Esther es una muy buen anfitriona.

Sehr schön, gigantisch grosser Pool

Das Haus ist sehr schön, aber einfach ausgestattet. Daher nur 4 Punkte. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Esther ist sehr nett und hat sich sehr lieb um uns gekümmert. Der Pool ist riesig und sehr tief. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen gern wieder.
