Casa Alegria Frisch Renoviertes Ferienhaus mit Großem Pool in Cala Pi

Our beautiful holiday home, “Casa Alegria,” which was freshly renovated in early 2024, is a detached property located in the quiet and charming village of Cala Pi, about a 15-minute walk from the stunning Cala Pi cove—nestled among rugged cliffs and featuring a small, fine sandy beach. <br><br>The house features a new, white country-style kitchen with a large refrigerator and separate freezer compartment, a double ceramic sink, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven with a self-cleaning function, a dishwasher, a microwave, 2 coffee makers (1 Nespresso), a toaster, and is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, and other kitchen utensils. <br><br><br>The open utility room, which adjoins the kitchen, is part of the kitchen design and houses the washing machine and dryer, among other appliances.<br><br>The stylish living-dining area is furnished for 4 guests and exudes a warm, Mediterranean charm. It features both a large TV (Smart TV/Google TV) and a sound system (Wi-Fi/Alexa). The small decorative accessories add to the cosy atmosphere, especially the relaxing rocking chair.<br><br>The bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, sink, hygiene shower, and hair dryer, is also new, as is the guest bathroom with a sink and toilet. Both rooms are equipped with a towel warmer and a mirror cabinet. <br><br>There are a total of 2 bedrooms: one with access to the sun terrace, a wall-mounted TV, a new double bed with a comfortable mattress, and a large closet; and a second bedroom with a pool view, 2 single beds, and a large closet.<br><br>Air conditioning in the living/dining room and both bedrooms ensures coolness in summer and warmth in winter. <br><br>The large covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden is another highlight. There, you can enjoy your time at a large wooden table—reading, eating, working, or whatever you like. It’s a special spot that you can access directly from both the kitchen and the living room.<br><br>The tiled pool and sun terrace, complete with lounge chairs, seating, a parasol, and an outdoor shower, faces south and invites you to sunbathe and relax after a swim in the large pool (approx. 9 m x 4 m). This is the perfect way to enjoy your holiday. <br><br>The rooftop terrace, with a view over the neighbouring properties all the way to the sea, offers another great spot for yoga, exercise, or simply gazing at the indescribably beautiful starry sky. <br><br>The covered carport protects your hire car from the sun’s rays. The shutters are fitted with insect screens and shield the bedrooms from excessive sunlight during the day, while providing additional security at night. <br><br>A kettle grill is available for our guests to enjoy a delicious barbecue. <br><br>Our holiday home is equipped and approved for 4 people. A high chair and a bed for the little ones, as well as some toys for children, are of course available for use.<br><br>Cala Pi is a quiet and pleasant holiday spot about a 30-minute drive from the airport and about a 40-minute drive from the attractive island capital, Palma.<br>Cala Pi features a small convenience store with a café and bar, souvenir shops, a hotel, several restaurants, and beautiful hiking trails along the high cliffs, through forests, and across the countryside. Bicycle tours are also a healthy and enjoyable alternative. <br><br>You can feel the immediate proximity to the sea with every breath. Chic villas and holiday homes complete the picture, framed by lush vegetation featuring various palm trees, oleanders, hibiscus, pine trees, and other Mediterranean plants and shrubs.<br><br>Llucmajor, with its typical market square, invites both visitors and locals to linger in great restaurants and cafes. The town features various supermarkets, small shops, speciality stores, pharmacies, doctors’ offices, and much more. Here you’ll find everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The town is located about 17 km from our house.<br><br>The dream beaches of Es Trenc, Sa Rapita, and Colonia St. Jordi are easily accessible by car, bike, or on foot. It’s always worth a visit—there’s constantly something new to discover. We highly recommend renting a car.<br>&
