The second floor has a nice living room landing area great for kids and 3 bedrooms. Outside you will enjoy the expansive farmers porch with seating for 17 overlooking the maturely landscaped partially fenced yard as well as a separate back porch with with access to the 900 sq/ft patio, fire pit and outdoor shower. The cottage features a king sized bed and is fully equipped with kitchenette, new full bath, a second outdoor shower and also its own private deck. The location cannot be beat, just a 1/2 mile from the family friendly Pleasant Rd beach and walking distance to miniature golf, ice cream, seafood restaurant, breakfast cafe and liquor store. Just pull in, park your car and enjoy! Please note we provide fresh linens and bath towels.
