The selling point of this apartment is certainly the location. It is right in the middle of the city near the shops and very close to the the beach. The apartment is very basic not luxurious but the air conditioning was nice to have during the heatwave. However, this property had minimal supplies for our arrival. For a group of 6 we had ONE coffee pod, no salt or pepper, no hand soap, etc. I've stayed at many house rentals in several countries and this was by far the least stocked house. If you're staying for a longer visit it wouldn't be an issue as you can buy what you need. However, if you're staying for a few nights as we were and moving to another location it was a pain to buy dish soap, dish washer soap, hand soap, coffee, etc. I'd also like to point out that it has 3 bedrooms with double beds. There is no longer a bedroom with a bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top). This came as a surprise to us as we had planned our sleeping arrangements with a bunk bed in mind. Also, parking is available means it is available for a fee. It is not included in the price.

Luxury might be in the amenities, like air conditioning throughout the apartment, and linens and towels included. The rest is left to the guests' discretion. We always provide the essentials for arrival. il fallait aussi bien regarder l'annonce avec la mise à jour des photos. 3 etoiles correspond à une mauvaise foi.

This was a lovely apartment with a living room and television. It is located only a block from the beach with several restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again due to the location.

Chaos and disappointment

We booked this accommodation only 2 weeks prior to arriving in Nice (travelling through Europe from Australia), due to it being "luxurious", having parking and reasonable location. The initial communication with Tarik was OK, although he ended up harassing me constantly the day of arrival while we were trying to sightsee. This made one of my 2 full days in Nice quite unsavoury as I was constantly having to respond when he kept asking me repeatedly the same questions. This was nothing short of harrassment. Later that afternoon upon trying to park the medium SUV (we had told him previously the car type) we had to drive around Nice for 30 minutes waiting for his father to arrive to let us into the garage. Well that turned out horrific too as the garage wouldn't fit our car. Noting also that despite asking for "specific parking instructions" - none were given other than to drive to that address and have 30EU cash on us. When we eventually find metered parking and arrive at the apartment, we again had Tariks constant bombardment of messages - this time by SMS and Stayz messaging. The following additional information is provided to potential guests: - communication issues (not related to language barriers)- minimal or no provision of things such as toilet paper, coffee pods, baking paper- outdated and broken furniture - maintenance issues with drains - left over food in fridge upon arrival - dont think you can use the clothes line as the previous guests sheets were on it

No explanation can counter bad faith... as indicated in the advert, parking is offered in addition, the flat is made available with the minimum of everyday items, and guests are free to buy what they need. the host does his utmost to make the stay as pleasant as possible for travellers... but this does not give the right to be humiliated and badly spoken of... exchanges are available on Abritel.
