La “Petite Molière” is a stone house built in 1905, fully renovated in 2024/25, and beautifully decorated. It is ideally located just 20 minutes from the major sites of the Périgord Noir: the Bastide of Domme, Sarlat, Beynac, Marqueyssac, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, Les Milandes… It is also close to Gourdon and the famous sites of the Lot region, such as Rocamadour and the Gouffre de Padirac.
This spacious house is situated in the very quiet hamlet of La Molière, within the commune of Saint-Martial-de-Nabirat, where you will find a bakery and a grocery store. The town of Cénac-et-Saint-Julien, offering all amenities (supermarket, restaurants, doctors, and a weekly market every Tuesday), is just 8 minutes away. Swimming is possible in the Céou or the Dordogne River.
The house features two living rooms, a dining room, and three bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with 180 cm beds. On the second floor, there is a small air-conditioned dormitory with four 90 cm beds. Amenities include WiFi, a television, and a covered patio with a barbecue for outdoor dining. The house is located on a dead-end road, ensuring no through traffic, and offers beautiful countryside views with nearby hiking trails.
