This is a beautifully restored/upgraded classic 1940s Cape Cod family cottage. The cottage has three bedrooms with double beds. There is a single bathroom with glass shower stall, and outside shower. The cottage is across the street from Jenkins Pond, which has excellent swimming, boating, and fishing. Tenants can use any one of the seven private Association access to the Pond, which includes two main sandy beaches. The Cottage is within 5-6 miles of Falmouth’s ocean beaches (some public, including Old Silver); downtown Falmouth shops and restaurants; and Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket shuttle bus parking for the Woods Hole Ferries. Several supermarkets, laundromats, Cape Cod Winery, and Falmouth Shopping Mall are all within 3 miles.

The Cottage features its original knotty pine paneling, homesote ceilings, and oak floors. Updated Bathroom and Kitchen with skylight, gas range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and microwave. Front and rear decks, gas grill, fire pit, and outdoor shower.

The cottage truly takes you back to the feeling of an "Olde Cape Cod: Family Cottage, because that’s what it is.

Cape Cod Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at the Cape Cod Cottage in Falmouth. The home was extremely spacious. Our teenagers were each able to have their own rooms which was a pleasant surprise! We enjoyed several walks through the quiet neighborhood. Our teenagers loved the porch swing as their reading spot. The cottage was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend!

Good Time at the cottage

Our stay was great. Roomier than expected with all the amenities. Outside shower And back deck a real plus. Owners were excellent.

Great cottage

My friends and I were looking for a low-key weekend to catch up and this cottage was perfect for that. It’s not immediate to beaches or nightlife, but in a neighborhood with a short uber to golf courses and restaurants/ bars. There is a grill and fireplace along with plenty of beds. No air conditioning or laundry is our only critique. The hosts were welcoming and accessible.

This is a vintage cottage with knotty pine walls and wood floors. It is an olde Cape Cod experience. The Pond across the street (to which the cottage has beach rights) has excellent swimming, boating and fishing.
