Named after a warm-hearted grandpa who raised his family with love and laughter, Daddio's Cottage is the perfect beach haven on 30A. A charming Old-Florida-style cottage, this three-bedroom house is ideal for couples and families traveling with kids.

This wonderful cottage has a quick 5-minute walk to the beach with DEEDED BEACH ACCESS, with a fully appointed, newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops. There is a washer/dryer, hi-speed internet, and a great back porch for your morning coffee with a clear view of the swimming pool.

Great little house

We spent a week at Daddios. The cottage was very clean, great communication and loved the folder filled with recommendations. Everything you needed to cook and have fun at the beach was there and in great condition. It was located centrally, but a car is required for visiting neighboring towns or groceries. Definitely recommend

A Perfect Cottage Experience!

This is the type of vacation rental where the owner has thought of everything. Extra towels? check. Beach toys? Check. Video games? Check. Extra garbage bags? Check. It was a wonderful experience and one we won't soon forget. Also, the owner was extremely strong when it comes to communication. We have already booked our trip for next year! This property is amazing if you have kids. You will love your time at Daddio's Cottage!

Perfection near the ocean

Amazing Beach House

We recently spent a week at Daddio’s Cottage and we could not have asked for a better a beach house. This trip was actually our second stay at the cottage and it did not disappoint. The house was very clean and well furnished. It includes everything you would need for a week at the beach. There is also a well appointed kitchen and a grill in the courtyard off the back deck if you want to dine in. The neighborhood pool is not far from the deck. If you want to go out, there are several restaurants within a very short drive, or bike ride, to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, or the Hub. The cottage is steps away from 30A and the local bike path, and only a 2-3 minute walk from the beach, which is definitely one of the best beaches in the country. This section of the beach is private so it is much less crowded than other parts of the beach. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

A totally awesome week.

From the moment we checked in til we left, everything was perfect. The cleanliness gets an A+, the cottage itself A+, the Host beyond A+. Daddio’s Cottage is conveniently located on beautiful 30A, so convenient that we rode our rental bikes almost everywhere we went. Whether at the beautiful white sand beach with emerald blue water or relaxing by the pool or in the hot tub, there was never a dull moment. Such a private serene location but at the same time, within minutes of the best restaurants and shops that 30A has to offer. Definitely recommend Daddio’s Cottage!!!! Thank you for an awesome week.

Perfect!

Best beach house to date (and we have stayed at many!) Great communication with the host. Beautifully decorated, close proximity to the pool, great beach supplies, comfy beds, and a well stocked kitchen. We had a terrific time and will most definitely return!

My fell in love with this cottage and purchased it in 2017. We named the cottage "Daddio's" after my husband's grandpa name. We love to bring our grandchildren here and we love to share it with others!
