Our guesthouse is a newly renovated cottage located in downtown Weaverville, 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 12 min from downtown Asheville. We are walking distance to restaurants, shopping and breweries, all in the heart of Downtown Weaverville. We are also a short driving distance to hiking, biking, more restaurants, breweries and fun in Asheville. The guest space is a perfect a couples getaway or a personal retreat. The cottage has lots of light, vaulted ceilings, making it feel very spacious and cozy all at the same time!

Lovely Cottage/Perfect Location

We enjoyed this perfect for 2 cottage. The home had everything we needed and was just a block off Main Street Weaverville. Very quiet location so we felt like we were on vacation but only 15-20 minute easy drive to Asheville.

Cute little cottage in the heart of Weaverville. The location is perfect for walking to Main St. 1 block away, and around the neighborhood surrounding the cottage. The owner provides coffee which is great for us slow morning movers. Wish we had more time to enjoy the outside seating and fire pit areas but just too busy this trip. Adorable Cabin in Weaverville

This cabin was really cute and walking distance to restaurants downtown. Love the extra touches from the owners including frosty beer mugs and a little welcome gift. ❤️ Cabin was very clean and there was a great selection of coffees and teas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Weaverville. This is the perfect location to enjoy a relaxing trip to Asheville and comforts of a small town. The cottage was cute and cozy- just perfect for a few days of quiet “me time!” The host was sweet to leave lots of coffee and some snacks. Just as described, it was an easy walk to several shops and restaurants and a short drive into Asheville. I had a great time.

Christmas in Weaverville

Our second stay at Natalie & Matt's cottage. Spent three nights over Christmas weekend visiting our son and his family. The cottage is exactly as described. It is one block from Main Street and its shops. It is also convenient to Asheville and all that the city has to offer. We are already looking forward to our next visit .

We are so glad you are here to stay in our cozy cottage. Our names our Matt and Natalie Knauer. We are living life right next to you in the main house with our 2 kids (Addie and Bennett), and our chocolate lab Remus. He is very friendly and will welcome any pets that you have to give. Please make sure the gates are closed as you come and go so he stays in the fence. We have lived here for 20 years. We love exploring new restaurants, have old favorites, and frequently enjoy many of the outdoor experiences that our area has to offer. Please feel free to ask us any questions about where to go and what to do. Our hope is that you are able to relax, and enjoy your time in Weaverville and the surrounding area.
