This apartment is great for couples! It has plenty of room and is always comfortable and cool thanks to the central air-conditioning. Wind down watching a movie in bed or enjoy the common areas of the building, like the gym, pool, and pool spa. The rooftop boasts great views so you can spend your days there swimming, tanning, or preparing meals in the shared grilling area.

Even though you can prepare all your meals in the rooftop grilling area or in the full kitchen (no dishwasher) in your home, should you feel like going out to eat, you have plenty of choices close by. La Quinta Avenida is two blocks away with a great variety of restaurants. Be sure to visit El Doctorcito for live entertainment. Shop at the Quinta Alegria mall is, just a short walk away. Anah is in the heart of Playa del Carmen so you will be able to easily enjoy the vibrant excitement the streets of Playa have to offer. The bus terminal is a few steps away, as well, so you can move easily to other towns or to the airport. Or set out to explore Tulum Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar).

Nice condo in great location

Very spacious one bedroom condo within walking distance to everything. The building is very safe and has nice amenities. The roof top pool and deck area are very nice to relax and enjoy your stay. Would recommend and stay again.

This place was close to all the action. And close to Mega (grocery store) far enough away it was quiet. It was a cute condo with a great rooftop pool. There was a security guard at the gate at all times. Which made me feel safe. I would stay here again.

Great location in centro PDC Useful underground garage Staff very friendy (Ana and Elizabeth, you are the best!) Clean roof-top pool, however umbrellas need to be fixed Property manager was quick and efficient to answer our need.

I loved that this property was so centrally located. Grocery stores within under 5 min walk, the beach was within 20 min as well as 5th avenue. I loved the staff, the pool was great as was the gym! Hot tub on pool level never heated and had to book for hottub on main level. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would stay again!

The property is not as advertised on VRBO - be warned. While we appreciated the location, safety, and lack of noise pollution at the location, as well as the friendly staff, the facilities and property had lots of problems. Neither one of the hot tubs were working for the entire week-long stay we were there, which is one of the reasons we chose the property. Please be advised the pool is also very cold (not heated). As for the condo, it was falling apart. There was a crack in the wall by the AC, multiple cabinet doors were missing or taped on, the lamp shades were removed, and the shower head was hanging on by a thread. There appeared to have been water damage and possibly some mold too. One of the windows didn’t lock closed and a drawer in the closet also didn’t close. The AC and wifi both worked fine. While we enjoyed our stay overall, the listing on VRBO is outdated and false. See photos attached.

a ok ...

apartment was not cleaned properly, show water is all over and location is OK but not too close to the beach. To get t hold of property manager takes about day or two, so is there is an issue it will be resolved in a few days at best.

Not your finest hour !

There was damage to the shower head which caused water to to shoot out the side it instead of a shower. I reported this the day after checking in and I received a call saying someone was going to repair it. No one showed up to make the repair even thou I was told otherwise. This is unacceptable. The Wifi was almost non existent ! I could only text, could not use any apps at all. I have used Vacasa in the past while staying in Belize and had great service .I will rethink using your rental properties in the future.

Pros - Very friendly staff - Good location - Apartment was bright and spacious, and nicely furnished - Convenient floor plan - Comfortable bed - AC + fans or open windows kept temperature comfortable Cons - The apartment is nicely furnished but missing some basics. We needed a sponge and dish towels or paper towels to do dishes and keep the kitchen clean. - There’s some basic maintenance that needs to be done. Kitchen and bathroom faucets are about to break, shower head is also iffy. The refrigerator leaks (from the freezer?) so all the shelves stayed wet. - The “apartment rules” need some revision. They state that renters will be charged for stained linens or towels. The bed, bed linens, and towels were already stained when we got there.

This was a great location. Very close to everything which made it easy to get around. ADO was 1 block away. Perfect for going to Cancun and Isla Mujeres. Our check in was delayed by 2 hours.

Nice place in a good location

Overall we were happy with our stay. Check in was easy and the place was clean when we arrived. The facility is clean as well and all the staff were friendly. The bar upstaris was open during the say, but closed around 6p. The pool was open until 8p and the roof until 10p. The jacuzzi was never heated while we were there. Location was great for us. Not too far from the beach (about a 7 min walk to the part of the beach you'd want to swim in) but far enough off the main drag to get away from the (impressive) noise levels on the weekends. Plenty of restaurants a short walk away. As other mentioned, it needs more hooks. There is one now, but we ended up using spare chairs and hangers in the common areas to dry all of our stuff. The internet was fine. Speed tests showed about 8-11Mbps during our stay. Wasn't great through my VPN on video calls, but I was able to work. Overall, we'd definitely stay again.

Someone forgot to clean this place.

The concierge tried to charge us triple for a taxi. The room was dirty, the floor covered in hair. The towels were not fresh, stained and maybe even dirty. Same with the sheets and pillows. The dishes in the cupboards were all dirty. The toaster was broken. The pots were t-fal and all scratched, meaning they could not be used safely. The oven trays were dirty. There was no water pressure in the bathroom. The shower was terrible, it sprays in every direction from the shower head (needs to be cleaned of the hard water build up) we had to clean the shower drain to get the water down, no shower pressure, no hot water! 2 weeks of warm-is water was hell. We found a new place and left early. Also, the internet was so slow, we gave up and bought data packages for our cell phones.

Was a perfect size for us. Would have liked a balcony but opening the big living room windows was great compromise. The building in ver conveniently located. Good neighborhood,

Good overall, but some things didn't work: jacuzzi didn't work, washer and dryer didn't function properly, kitchen could have been better stocked, e.g, no paring knife, and no hooksfor drying towels, etc. What is good: location, apt is clean and modern, quiet, good onsite staff, convenient to stores and restaurants. Overall good stay, not wow!
