Sumptuous leather fireside chairs, comfortable sofa and quality decor all to help you feel at home in your new favorite spot in Mammoth. Two clean newly renovated bathrooms keep the home luxurious and functional for families. Relax on our deck overlooking the Sherwin Mountains while drinking your morning coffee. After a long day of skiing, hiking or fishing light a fire in our wood burning stove and sip wine in our wooden retreat. Or take a hot tub or sauna in the community's facilities. This home truly has everything to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable.

My husband and I have wanted to own property in Mammoth Lakes for many years. I am an interior designer by trade and so the remodel underwent to make it our home. We love the space now and can't wait to spend many years making family memories with our children and friends.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property for our family! So close to the village ski lifts and dining. As well as two miles from the lakes for fishing. Hiking is fabulous in the summer! We are an active family that enjoys all mammoth has to offer in every season. This home is perfectly situated for us.
We do ask that you do not bring pets as our daughter is highly allergic and suffers from asthma.

What makes this property unique

Location is important to us. We knew this property was close to chair lifts in the winter and close to fishing spots in the summer!
