Drive right up to the front door, a couple steps and you are in. no elevator, no long stairs up multilevel , no lobby, no check in, just walk right in to the home with plenty of room for all your equipment, there are 2 master type bedrooms each with private bathrooms, plus a small bonus loft type bedroom area off the living rm with a designated additional bathroom to use. large Kitchen fully furnished, spacious living room/dining area to hang out together after the end of a long day, having a 3rd full bathroom so nobody has to wait to get ready to go ride, flat screen HD TV with local cable or Youtubetv. Printer available for use. Natural Spas located just miles away for a great outdoor adventure. Deck area with BBQ and views of trees and bike path. 1/2 mile to lifts or village gondola or a short walk to shuttle to take you anywhere in town or to mountain resort. Plenty of room to relax with a wood burning stove, cozy yet rustic enough to have no worries, we love this place and you will too. Our goal is for you to come back again and again. TOT no. 7115 You will be ask to provide Identification and to sign a docusign confirming the agreed online details of the reservation and Home notes/rules. 2 parking places only. $40 per night per guest for additional guest counts totaling over 6 guests. Regardless of the cancelation policy stated on site, I will grant full refunds within 2 days of checkin.

Master bed too uncomfortable

The location is very nice. But the master bed and the couch in the living room are very uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well. The master bed sinks down and it’s too small for two people. The couch is old snd sinks down too. Also there is owners stuff in every closet, old clothes, towels, etc And the bathrooms need to be remodeled

I am sorry, no one has complained about the bed or the couch previously but we have purchased a new bed so it can't be an issue again. We do keep extra towels and linins in the closet which is normal and sometimes people leave their clothes which is also normal. other people have complimented us on the couch so we will keep that for now. you had indicated you were happy with the place other than the bed during your stay so supprised on the review. The theme of the rental is like most places at 8000 ft, clean, fresh and rustic cabin like. Thank you for your stay and we enjoyed you serving Italian coffee to us when we came to your service .

Great place! Love these town homes!

We stayed for 3 days for a short ski trip. The home was great! I loved that all 3 full bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, soap, shower gel, q tips, etc. That was such a nice touch that many rentals don’t have. It was conveniently located for skiing and doing things in town. Check in and out were very easy! I would for sure stay there again!

Great Weekend Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here over Super Bowl weekend! Parking is right in front of the door and the key was in a lock box so no hassle of going somewhere to check in. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The layout was really nice with the 2 master bedrooms (one with bunk beds) on the ground floor and the living area/kitchen upstairs with the office (full bed) and an extra full bath! The location is great and it's easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice, clean place, not too fancy

We had a very pleasant stay at Scott's condo. The upstairs living area was spacious, got great light, and never overheated despite 80 degree days. The kitchen was very well equipped and had tons of spices and condiments on hand. There was even charcoal for the outdoor grill. The furniture and decor wasn't fancy, but it was comfortable and clean. Only downside was that the third bedroom was right off the main living area, with glass sliding doors (with a curtain). However, we did not end up using it because it wasn't really private.

the 3rd bedroom does have a sliding glass door and it is very sound proof but we have since put up heavy curtains/blinds that can be / are used for privacy, our friends love it, it is quaint, bright and original. we also have since labeled the room as a loft.

We bought this property after looking at the very least, 40 others. We wanted a house type property yet wanted the advantages of a condo. This property met all our major criteria's. We have been enjoying the Mammoth area for years and have been looking to buy for years and finally had the chance and took it. We did not just buy this property as a second home or investment, we bought a life style.

The unique benefits of this property is the spacious rooms, private bathrooms, extra Den/Office area, super large Kitchen area and of course, Mammoth Mountain, need I say more.
