This unit is completely updated and modern! Enjoy a GORGEOUS view from the 20' private balcony overlooking the Bay, pool and hot tub! Watch dolphins every morning while sipping your coffee, or while enjoying a glass of wine in the evening!

A 7-minute drive to Madeira Beach, and close to all amenities with many restaurants nearby, including Doc Ford's next door, and shopping within 7 minutes. Lots to do; close to fishing including deep sea, and jet skiing.

1 bedroom, sleeps 4; comfy pull-out.

We have equipped the condo for you! We have cooking and eating utensils, cups incl. wine glasses, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, towels incl. beach, and some basic necessities (ie. toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and trash bags.

A washer and dryer in the until w/ a full shower and bathtub.

Free parking, a BBQ grill area on the ground floor, Wi-Fi, 130 most popular TV channels (incl. sports, news ), YouTube, Netflix & Prime.

Close to restaurants, Tyrone Mall and other shopping, Studio Movie Theater & Grill, a marina, Pinellas Trail, and Bay Pines Park (with public boat ramps), John's Pass and Early Bird dinner Theatre. Everything is at your fingertips... yet quiet on your balcony!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Waking up to the long views of the bay was great. You’re also 10 minutes from some beautiful beaches. All in all we had a lovely stay. Our host was great - very responsive and on top of things. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location to access beaches and downtown St Pete. Beautiful clean unit, perfect for a couple. The resort grounds and the beach towns will need time to recover from the recent hurricane damage.

We thought the condo was perfect for our stay. We had a beautiful view- saw lots of marine life! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Would book again if going back to the area.

This condo was exactly as described and in a great location. Building was very quiet, plenty of parking and near lots of stores and restaurants and only about 10 minutes to beach. Property manager was very responsive.

Birthday getaway!!

First of all, the views are absolutely stunning! We saw dolphins several times during our stay. Everything was absolutely perfect. Very clean and easy access to property. Would definitely recommend and will come back for a staycation.

Why they chose this property

We love this property because everything is at your fingertips and the view is spectacular!!! It's larger than a hotel with a living area, a kitchen and dining area, plus a separate bedroom and bathroom. The 20 ft. balcony has a breath-taking view of the pool and the Bay, and is only a 5 minute drive to Madeira Beach. It's also close to many restaurants, bars, Walmart, Starbucks, Home Depot, and so much more!!
