It's a two rooms apartment of 30 square meters. The leaving room has TV with DVD player and cable. There is an open kitchen equipped: microwave, steamer, juice extractor, toaster and citrus press, washing machine ... and a flowered balcony.
The bed room has a queen size bed and a fabulous view over Notre Dame. You can enjoy beautiful sunset over Paris from the bed :)
The bathroom is small and functional (shower, toilet and sink). There is a hair dryer.

Located between the Quai de la Tournelle and Boulevard Saint Germain (at the corner of the mythical address of the Diptyque store), the street is quiet.

There are many shops nearby: Bio store, supermarket, bakery, cheese, wine shop ... And there is a market not too expensive and with very good products Place Maubert (every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) and place Monge (every wednesday, fridays and sundays)

You can easily walk to places of interest like Notre Dame (2mn), Place Contrescarpe (10mn), Marais (10mn), Le Louvre (15mn), Saint Germain des Près (15mn) ... And it's even faster to bike! There is a Velib 'bollard in front of the building.

Finally there are many very good restaurant to start with the Alimento, Baieta (Gault & Millau) or the small Pontoise (Michelin) front of the building. And many more around..
