Forests, lakes, vineyards, estuary, and coastline constitute an exceptional environmental heritage at the heart of which is our house, an old wine-growing property from the 18th century, typically Médoc and recently renovated.
The landscaped park of 1.5 ha fully fenced, offers you space and calm conducive to rest as well as multiple leisure activities for young and old (Tennis, petanque, table tennis, football, basketball, swing, slide ...)
Many walks are possible from the house. The cycle track running alongside our property joins the Vélodysée at 7 km and leads you straight to the most beautiful beaches of the Ocean. For this, we offer rental bikes and a paddle to enjoy the calm waters of Lake Hourtin, the largest freshwater lake in France.
We have set up on the 1st floor, a completely independent comfortable space. This space is composed of a living room equipped with a kitchen and a living room with a convertible sofa, a bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 2 children and a bathroom. water with shower. A pleasantly exposed balcony opens onto the gardens. A space is also reserved for you in the shade of the large oak tree with table, chair, deckchair and barbecue.
Our accommodation is ideal for a couple with 2 or 3 children. We also have all the necessary baby equipment.
We will endeavor to make your stay in the Médoc a pleasant and restful moment by advising you on the most beautiful visits, the most beautiful places and the best addresses.

It was a great time!

It was a very nice holiday! The hosts were extremely friendly and we loved the apartment. There was no need to leave the property. From tennis to table tennis, trampoline, pool and outdoor kitchen... everything was there. We would have loved to stay a few more days. Thank you for a great time!

Great stay in Queyrac

We have just had the most wonderful stay in this fabulous house in Queyrac. The accommodation was excellent for us as a family of 5 (one on a very comfortable sofa bed). It was very clean, modern and stylish and had everything required for self-catering. The property has a lovely pool, hot tub and sand-based astroturf tennis court, as well as a table tennis table and pétanque court. The hosts were amazing and helped us in every way they could. There is also lots to do in the local area with miles of beaches and two huge lakes - all with the opportunities todo all types of water sports as well as hire bikes. There are also lots of places to eat out in the area. A great stay that we highly recommend.

Endroit calme au milieu de la nature et du chant des oiseaux. L accueil , la piscine , le jacuzzi , les balades à vélo ont fait de notre séjour un bain de ressourcemment . Merci aux propriétaires et à leur parents pour leurs bons plans restos et pour les prunes !

Toller Urlaub in LES Pargaux

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht. Zur Wohnung : Die Wohnung ist relativ neu, schön eingerichtet, sauber und für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder ideal. Die Dusche ist angenehm groß, lediglich das Waschbecken empfanden wir als etwas klein. Wir haben es genossen draußen auf der Terrasse zu essen und auf das Grundstück und die Umgebung zu schauen. Das Grundstück : Weitläufig mit großen Bäumen, schönem Poolbereich und einigen Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen. Durch die Einzäunung auch ideal für Kinder, die sich hier auch alleine aufhalten können. Für unseren Sohn, aber auch für uns ein Highlight war der Hund. Eine Seele mit ruhigem Gemüt, geduldig und absolut kinderlieb. Schön wäre noch ein Schuppen oder Unterstellplatz für Fahrräder. Lage : Sehr gute Lage, gleich hinter dem Haus führt der Fahrrad- und Spazierweg vorbei. Mit ein paar Schritten kann man die tolle Landschaft mit Ihren Weiden, Sumpfgebieten und Kanälen erkunden. Am Abendspaziergang in der Dämmerung konnten wir jede Menge Tiere beobachten. Die Strände sind nicht weit ca. 13 km. Die Vermieter waren angenehm und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank noch mal an Familie Ardilley für den erholsamen Aufenthalt. Grüße Fam. Wolfert

Le paradis des grands et des petits

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement . Notre logement comme la propriété étaient impeccables avec pleins de petites attentions. Sabine et Cédric étaient à nos petits soins.Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, du jacuzzi, tennis, ping- pong, terrain de boules, transats,basket, balançoires pour les petits, trampoline, soirées dans la cuisine d'été au bord de la piscine. Nos hôtes sont des gens formidables. Nous retournerons aux Pargaux avec grands plaisir. Sabine et Cédric un grand merci, restez comme vous êtes.

Entre mer et vignes

Très bon accueil de Sabine et Cédric, ainsi que leurs parents. Le gîte est très bien situé à proximité de pistes cyclables pour rejoindre l’océan, le jardin est agréable avec de nombreux jeux pour les enfants et un espace piscine-cuisine d’été en cours d'aménagement lors de notre passage. Au plaisirs d’y séjourner à nouveau.

Volle 5 Sterne

Die Vermieter haben uns zwei wundervolle Wochen in der schönen Region rund um Bordeaux bereitet. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich toll, sehr sauber, ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Inseratfotos geben das Objekt sehr genau wieder. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt, was wirklich super ist. Wir sind eher empflindlich, was gestellte Handtücher und Bettwäsche angeht, hier kann man aber völlig bedenkenlos alles zu Hause lassen und fühlt sich sehr wohl! (Strandhandtücher sollte man allerdings schon mitbringen, was wir selbstverständlich finden) Auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück befindet sich ein Tennisplatz, ein Basketballkorb, eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Picknicktisch, zwei Liegen und ein neues Schaukel- und Rutschgerüst. Schläger und Bälle (Tennis und Tischtennis) sind ebenfalls vorhanden und können jederzeit genutzt werden. Es gibt also reichlich Möglichkeiten zu entspannen oder sich zu bewegen. Grillen ist ebenfalls möglich. Eine Waschmaschinennutzung ist - wie angegeben - vorgesehen. Insgesamt war alles bestens, die fünf Sterne in jeder Kategorie bei unserer Bewertung sagen wohl mehr als Worte. Wir bedanken und nochmals ganz herzlich für die wirklich tolle und äußerst gastfreundliche Aufnahme und die schöne Zeit. Wir können einen Urlaub in den Ferienwohnungen der Familie Ardilley nur weiterempfehlen.
