Condo stay with a few friends

I am a Colorado Springs resident, who recently wanted to invite his friends from out of state in to CoS to see the city. My friends were pleased to be able to stay at this clean condo for 3 nights, which was exactly as advertised. The surrounding area is great, and we enjoyed our stay here.

Very warm and inviting

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday in a very warm and inviting place, I would highly recommend this home to my friends and family if they were just want to get away, for a weekend in Colorado Springs.

Cute space close to everything!

What a great place to stay for me and my pre-teen daughter. Clean and spacious apartment on first floor so it was easy for us to bring in our suitcases. The host was easily available to answer questions during our stay. It was very easy to get to all the area's attractions. We definitely hope to return in the future!

Short visit!

Thank you for your open communication. This place was perfect for a quick weekend visit and a place to sleep while visiting family. There’s just a couple Minor things like the hallway closet wouldn’t close all the way and the bedroom Door is tight to close. Overall it was the perfect place though for our family for the weekend. The owner is super friendly and quick to respond.

Family Reunion

This is a quaint and cozy condo, perfect for a small family. There were only a few minor issues with the accommodations but nothing that affected our stay or our impressions of the condo (tub stopper broken n semi short one bed but there was a mattress). The kitchen was stocked with the things we forgot lol and having a full stove/oven was very convenient and helped cut down food costs. We even made use of the slow cooker. The television reception was a little off but we weren’t “home” much so it was manageable. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this condo and host to anyone looking to feel at home while away!!!

Decent Condo

This was a nice condo, but not a nice complex. The main areas of the condo were nice and clean. My only complaint is the shabby condition of the complex and that the master bedroom carpet seemed dirty and like it needs to be replaced. However, I would stay here again.

Our stay began with some frustration, as we had no instructions on how to get in. We called the phone number in the listing and reached an answering service that texted instructions. This property provided the basics. We had everything we needed—a place to prepare food, somewhere to shower (we couldn’t plug the tub for a bath), and a bed to sleep in. We had struggles with the portable AC in the bedroom, but Shirley responded to our request for help and then checked in the next day. We also didn’t get great reception on the TV. We appreciated the covered parking space. The washer and dryer mentioned in the listing are not in the unit; instead there is a coin laundry (at least 4/load) in the same building.

I enjoyed the stay. The condo was nice and had a good location. My only complaint is an issue with my reservation wasn't brought up until three days prior to our arrival. The property manager was quick to respond to our needs and was very courteous.

Very Nice Condo in a Great Colorado Springs Location

This condo is nicely furnished, was clean, and in a quiet complex. Shirley, the host, is attentive to her renters. She replied back to our messages within minutes. We would stay here again. The condo is close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer: Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, major shopping areas.

Quiet and clean

This condo is located in a quiet complex within easy driving distance of great restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Comfortable and homey, ground floor, and a Keureg for coffee first thing in the morning.

Didn’t stay.

Arrived to. Rundown apt. The lockbox was a bit difficult as opposed to a keypad. But on entering there was a musty, not good smell. The central air didn’t work but there was a window unit that did. We left because the bathroom wasn’t clean. Toilet and floor. Shirley did promptly answer and volunteered to come clean but it was 9pm and we just left.
