New house of 170 m2 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus an outside shower, and an outside bathroom on the tropezienne on the 2nd floor. The house is fully air conditioned.

We have privileged large living space in the house, a large living room, a large kitchen, and a large shaded terrace.
The garden is planted with relaxation areas and a small bowling alley. If necessary a car can be parked there.
The house is located 300m from the beach of la capte, in the pine forest.

Maison de vacances très agréable et idéalement située en bord de mer

Nous étions 4 personnes dans cette grande maison qui nous a enthousiasmée par son architecture, ses volumes, ses multiples accès sur terrasse, ses 2 douches extérieures et la végétalisation de la propriété idéalement située dans un quartier calme et arboré à proximité de la plage. En revanche, le mobilier intérieur et extérieur n'est pas à la hauteur, vétuste et inconfortable, le réfrigérateur trop petit et les multiples placards de la maison (cuisine, salle de bain et chambres) très encombrés d'affaires en vrac.
