The Villa Theresa is a beautiful southern exposure heated pool home conveniently located for easy access to Del Prado Blvd., a main corridor that offers all services, including restaurants, schools, churches, shopping and banks., but you'd never know it. The home is tucked away in a quiet area of the very sought after SE Cape Coral neighborhood. This tastefully furnished home lets you know you're in paradise with a large flat screen TV, and high-speed wireless internet. Relax on the lanai, soak in the 6-person hydro spa hot tub or swim in the very large pool, Heated by Solar panels. The living room and open kitchen/dining room includes a breakfast bar. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a split floor plan. The home is very suited for a family vacation with a safety pool gate. The backyard is very secluded, and you and your family will feel like you are in a tropical paradise.
Cape Coral is a growing city with something for everyone. Their Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach is fantastic and has a Bar and Gill to enjoy.
Enjoy all the fun things to do like boat trips to Key West and around Sanibel, Pine Island and Captiva Islands. There's also a water park, fun park, mini golf or many local golf courses. This home is just minutes away from Restaurants from the casual to the fabulous. Shopping malls are famous. Major league baseball spring training is in the area.
Kayaking and paddle boats are available at Matlacha or just minutes from the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve which also offers kayaking.

Fort Meyers Vacation

A comfortable house for our vacation to Fort Meyers. We enjoyed the pool and hottub after our days at the beach or a spring training game. We would definitely return if we travel to Fort Meyers again.

We enjoyed our week in Cape Coral. Villa Theresa is a nice, very clean and comfortable home. Especially the hot tub and pool area. It had everything we needed, quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

The property was very nice overall, plenty of room for my sisters and me. It was located in a nice area that was conveniently located near restaurants and stores. Due to the hurricane I guess, the pool wasn't heated, but we got in anyway and had a good time.

Perfect for our needs

Villa Theresa was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood is quiet. We were able to park our car in the garage which was a plus. The pool is very nice and the operation of the pool cover is easy and quick. The hot tub is large and came in handy on those few chilly days. Terri was easy to contact and get our questions answered. If we come back to this area, we’ll contact Terri first to see if Villa Theresa is available.

It was a great place but they needed towels for the pool they told us not to use the bathroom towels . And we could not find any pool towels anywhere and of course we don't travel with them. Never needed anywhere else we stayed with a pool. The sheets on the bed looked like they were tossed on and looked messed up. Someone doesn't know how to make a bed. Other than that we enjoyed the house. Villa Theresa was a great place and we will return. Thank goodness we were there in the winter mouths and didn't need the air conditioner on we made sure we didn't leave any lights on and we had night lights on so we don't run up the electric bill because if you do you have to pay if you run over the amount they expect. So needless to say we were careful with all lights and fans on. We are use to that because we do this at home also.

Thank you for your review. We enjoyed hosting you. So sorry you took the electric allowance so seriously. We have rarely ever had to charge an overage to our guests. Even in the hot summer months. The allowance , as I told you was due to the hot tub and if guests leave the heat up the entire time they are staying, the electricity could go over the limit. Regular use of lights, AC and other normal usage would never cause an electric overage. Would love to host you again

This rental comes exactly as advertised. Walked into a spotless home and check in was as simple as possible. Home has everything you need. We spent most of our time on the Lanai and in the pool. The heated pool was absolutely amazing. We didnt use the hot tub but it looked very clean as well. The host is easy to reach and is very responsive. We all loved our 14 day stay here and wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Why they chose this property

We decided to purchase this house after vacation renting in Cape Coral for the better part of a decade. We wanted to make this a home that we would have rented, (and our standards are high).

What makes this property unique

The very large southern exposure pool with newly added solar panel heater and lanai area are the center points of the home. This home will allow you to vacation with your family, or just relax and enjoy the beautiful splendor of the Gulf Coast. We will have a child safety gate installed on the Lanai for added safety to our young guests by the end of the year 2019.
