Come experience this private tropical paradise as you relax by the pool with your favorite cold beverage. This beautiful home-away-from-home is located in a great neighborhood close to everything. Professionally and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail throughout. Fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Split floor plan with primary bedroom and full bath on one side; two bedrooms and another full bath on the other side. Ceiling fans in every room. A beautiful tropical garden provides privacy for the electric heated pool and lanai with southern exposure. Screened lanai has ample patio furniture for poolside meals and relaxation. Pool and yard are maintained weekly by professionals. Beaches and other attractions are just minutes away. (NOTE: The owner keeps one vehicle stored in the two car garage. We are not responsible for left behind items.)

After spending time on both coasts of Florida, we chose to buy a home in Cape Coral because it is a great family friendly community with a tropical atmosphere, and it’s close to our favorite beaches.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this home's excellent location in a nice quiet neighborhood that's close to everything. We especially enjoy hanging out in our lanai by the in-ground swimming pool surrounded by tropical beauty.
