Come experience this private tropical paradise as you relax by the pool with your favorite cold beverage. This beautiful home-away-from-home is located in a great neighborhood close to everything. Professionally and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail throughout. Fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Split floor plan with primary bedroom and full bath on one side; two bedrooms and another full bath on the other side. Ceiling fans in every room. A beautiful tropical garden provides privacy for the electric heated pool and lanai with southern exposure. Screened lanai has ample patio furniture for poolside meals and relaxation. Pool and yard are maintained weekly by professionals. Beaches and other attractions are just minutes away. (NOTE: The owner keeps one vehicle stored in the two car garage. We are not responsible for left behind items.)

Very nice stay, we enjoy the pool, outdoor seating and room arrangements. The neighborhood was quiet and was up kept. Easy to get to locations. We would stay again. The host was wonderful and prompt.

We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful home. We are both working full time in patient care and are very busy. We wanted a short break to relax. This was the perfect place for it! Everything was there that we needed and the home was superclean and cozy. Wonderful pool and pool deck with lounge chairs. The kitchen was perfect and had everything you could possibly need. Located relatively close to restaurants and shops. A true gem and we would defenitely make reservations again.

The house is very nice, clean and the location is virtually 1 min from downtown Braintree. We stayed for 5 nights. The house had 4 well sized rooms, a large kitchen and sitting rooms. As mentioned, shopping, eateries were all walking distance.

Our stay was AMAZING! Many "convenience locations" were close so it was a short drive to Publix, liquor store, restaurants, etc. I loved that the TV was in guest mode so I could "log on" to all my streaming networks that re-set when I left. We talked with Tom for a bit on the first night of our visit and he was so helpful in recommendations for the area. We will DEFINITELY BE RETURNING and I will be offering "stays" to my friends/family as presents, where I pay for their stay to be here. I "100% recommend" this location for anyone's visit.

This property was perfect for our stay.

We had such an enjoyable stay at this house. It was the perfect size and had all of the amenities of home. The pool and patio were perfect. We also found that the location was excellent. We hope to book this property on another visit to Cape Coral.
