We’re return guests to this unit (and to another with same owner). Will never book thru the hotel, when this suite is so much bigger, and comes with a garage parking space……avoiding valet makes coming and going so much easier. Unit is always clean, and has tons of dishes and extra blankets/pillows.

Excellent experience at this property. Everything was at our fingertips. The amenities were all as described and James was very responsive. Parking is good and the Ritz Carlton’s service is impeccable. The nice surprise was that the residence’s receive exactly the same service in amenities as the hotel. Love this place! James is a five star host.

The unit was exactly as described and James was an excellent host. Everything was perfect! All the wonderful Ritz amenities exactly the same as if we’d booked through the hotel. Especially appreciated that there are multiple doors in the unit separating the living room from the bedroom and bathroom, which worked out perfectly for us. Thank you James! A great stay!

Fabulous two week stay

The suite layout is perfect. We get use of all of Ritz facilities. It needs a few minor fixes but great place to stay.
