    My wife, 3 daughters and I live in Connecticut and have been coming to the hotel every year since 2002 for sun, fun, tennis and escape from NE/sanity, and we visit often and consider Key Biscayne/Miami our much needed second home. We also own two other one bedroom suites at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne (VRBO 341833 and VRBO 678994) that can be rented together with this suite for larger groups.

    Why they chose this property

    The owners' families have been visiting this hotel each Spring since 2002 for sun, tennis and escape from NE/sanity, and the hotel always completely impresses and is the ideal resort for families or couples visiting Miami. Great weather, numerous direct flights from NYC/New England and other locales, a stunning property with fantastic amenities (top-notch Spa and tennis!) and Ritz quality service by staff who have been working there for many years and quickly learn your name and welcome you back, and a great locale for exploring all of the Miami area attractions (assuming you can pull yourself away from the pools, beach...). This hotel is one of the most successful Ritz Carlton properties in the US, and this is no accident.

    What makes this property unique

    This is by far the preferred hotel for those attending the Miami Open tennis tournament on Key Biscayne, and many of the top names in tennis stay at this hotel during the tournament. The hotel is also a favorite of those visiting Miami to attend Art Basel and the Miami Boat Show. Key Biscayne is a charming and beautiful oasis which is ideal from families visiting Miami. The Ritz Key Biscayne is very child friendly while still maintaining is 'Ritz-ness' for adults. The hotel management and staff take customer service VERY seriously, and it definitely shows.
