Outdoors, you will find a beautifully designed space with multiple terraces, garden areas and a private swimming pool. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of €100, payable upon arrival. A hot outdoor jacuzzi invites you to relax at any time of day.

For leisure and entertainment, the villa offers table tennis, a basketball hoop and table football, as well as pool inflatables and balls—perfect for both children and adults to enjoy.

Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi and a small private gym, ideal for staying active during your stay.

MY PARENTS HAVE A LITLE FARM OF ORANGE IN CRESTATX IN A STREET BELOW. WHEN I WAS A CHILD I HAD THE PLEASURE TO ENJOY THE FEELING OF PEACE AND CALM FROM CRESTATX AND I WOULD LOVE TO TRANSMIT THIS FEELING TO MY CHILDREN.
CRESTATX IS A COMPLEX NEAR SA POBLA, RIGHT ON THE BORDER OF THIS POLLENÇA.IT´S WRAPPED WITH MOUNTAIN AND FOREST VEGETATION TYPICAL OF MALLORCA (PINES, ALZINAS, OLIVE TREES, BUSHES ...)

.WE WOULD LIKE A MODERN HOUSE, BRIGHT, COMFORTABLE, COZY AND SPECIALLY PERSONALIZED.
WE ARE VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS WE OBTAINED.
IT'S A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE WITH A SPECIAL CHARM.

LIVING ROOM CONTACT HEATEDNPOOL THROUGH A TERRACE WITH PORCH.BARBECUE IS NEXT TO THE HEATED POOL. & JACCUZI,
THE NIGHT GARDEN LIGHTING IS MAGIC
ALSO HAS A TERRACE IDEAL FOR READING IN.
VIEWS ARE FANTASTIC FROM EVERY ROOM.

THE SUN WILL ALWAYS RISE IN SOMEONE OF THE WINDOWS FROM THE HOUSE FROM DAWN TO DUSK,THANKS TO THE IDEAL POSITION OF IT.

 If you are searching a natural area, Crestatx is your place. It's a suburbs area at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. It's perfect for long and quiet walks or for riding bikes ( that you can find in the garage of the villa). The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden. Futhermore, you can have wonderfuls grills in our big charcoal barbecue.

The house is equiped by all necessary home staff. By the way, it's spacious, lightly and aerated.
