Nestled within The Hammocks section of The Currituck Club, Carolina Freedom is ready for your "kick-back and relax" vacation on the Outer Banks! [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

Beds: 2 King Masters, 1 Queen, 1 Bunk Bed with Trundle; 9 Towel Sets provided

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has a comfortable sofa and wide-screen TV for viewing by all family members. The dining area will seat 6 guests and the kitchen counter will seat 3. A spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is well-stocked for preparing meals. There is a half bath on this floor. A large outdoor upper deck overlooks the pool below and is the perfect place for relaxing and sunning outdoors! The King Master Suite on this level includes a private bath that features a separate shower and soaking tub. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
A King Master Suite has deck access to the back porch of the house. The Queen bedroom shares a bathroom with a Bunk Bed bedroom with trundle for kids. Outdoors, there is a gas grill, private pool (12' x 18') and a hot tub for guests to enjoy. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
In season, The Hammocks section has a community pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservation to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.

Perfect mixed family getaway!

This property was incredible - super family friendly. Plenty of different spaces for people to spend time without feeling like we were stepping on each other's toes. Beautiful neighborhood with great amenities. Private Tolley stops to the beach with valet to help us carry our beach supplies. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at this house and would return. My only critique was that the listing touted the amenities of The Currituck Club including trolley and beach valet, but we came after Labor Day and there were no such amenities. We liked the set-up of the home and the private pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was lovely and it was quiet and relaxing.

Great location - we loved it

We stayed in the house for 1 week and we loved it. The house was very clean, very well equipped, the air conditioning was running well and very quiet, it was lovely decorated. Everything was easy to reach, enough information provided what can be done in the area -for sure, we can recommend that house. The only small negative point was that the grill was dirty and we did not used it because of that. But we moved the grill in a corner and after that we loved our stay there and we would booked it again in the future.

Great time in OBX

My family and I are frequent visitors to OBX. This was a special trip for just my family and we had an amazing time the house was just the right size for us. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. We had a great time in the pool and in the hot tub. It was a great place to just relax, unwind and vacate. The location was relatively quiet in the evenings a little noise during the day with the house being built across the golf course but wasn’t too much of a big deal. The tram stop was right out of our door so that was very convenient. As well was shopping and other places we wanted to head to. And the best part of the trip was getting engaged!

Awesome getaway

We rented this house for us and our 2 adult children who live in different states. It was the perfect getaway. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the beach. It was nice having a grocery store so close too! Thx!

Perfect family get away

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The Currituck club was well cared for and tidy. The kitchen in our home was well stocked. Plenty of room for our family. The grocery store was conveniently located. The beach valet service was such a nice touch with all the kid's toys and towels. We would love to return to the same house next summer. Our only issue was the refrigerator was frozen and didn't keep our food cold. We had to throw out some milk and meat. We didn't find this issue until the end of our trip and decided we wouldn't call to have it fixed since it was after hours and we have 4 kids that were sleeping. I gave 4 stars for online accuracy of the home listing just because some of the rooms are mislabeled in the listing. Overall we had one of our best trips and cannot recommend this house enough.
