It is equipped with a kitchenette with induction hob, combined microwave oven, refrigerator, air conditioning, flat screen TV, free wifi. Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine.

Very pleasant stay in Antibes close to beach.

Cosy and simple, reasonably priced studio, has all you need for a vacation in town, very close to the nice beach and a 10 mins walk to town center. The outdoor communal pool is very clean and looked after. The hosts reply very quickly. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the studio, especially the bathroom. I stayed with 2 kids, we spent most time outdoors

Nice apartment with very pleasant balcony. Lovely swimming pool in apartment block (open every day except Sundays and public holidays). Apartment needed a better clean and as it’s a Vrbo it didn’t provide some of the basics that I am used to having with Expedia stays (eg toilet paper)

Une belle expérience

Accueil chaleureux, logement bien équipé, plage à proximité ou accès privé à une piscine. L'appartement est aussi très bien situé pour visiter la Côte d'Azur. On a passé un excellent séjour !

Studio ayant des atouts, mais prestations pouvant être améliorées...

Studio ayant de nombreux atouts: emplacement idéal en raison de sa proximité avec la plage de la Salis, le Cap d'Antibes, Antibes et Juan-les-pins; Location dans un environnement très calme (donnant sur les jardins); Studio lumineux (orientation ouest, grande baie vitrée) avec une terrasse agréable dont nous avons pu profiter lors de notre séjour début janvier (un transat supplémentaire serait un plus). Décoration colorée et vitaminée. Accueil sympathique et disponible par Josy. Nous avons juste regretté une propreté de l'appartement manquant de netteté: accoudoirs du canapé lit poussiéreux et avec des cheveux (nous avons dû passer l'aspirateur dessus), vaisselle comportant des traces (un lave vaisselle est indispensable pour éviter de reprendre la vaisselle à l'arrivée), pas de produit vaisselle disponible, fonds de tiroirs de la cuisine non nettoyés, plateau du micro-ondes avec des traces de salissure, lit non fait à l'arrivée (il faut chercher les draps dans le placard), draps de mauvaise qualité et un peu douteux dans leur propreté (odeur un peu rance, comme si le lavage avait été fait sans lessive et sans repassage, quelques traces de poils et de cheveux...Heureusement, nous avons pu trouver des draps neufs dans la pile indiquée par la personne de l'accueil). Enfin, studio malheureusement mal insonorisé (nous entendions très bien nos voisins allemands, en particulier leur bébé qui pleurait la nuit, ainsi que leurs disputes...). En conclusion, malgré ces désagréments qui peuvent être aisément corrigés pour certains, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Concernant la location via Abritel, nous nous demandons si nous continuerons à utiliser cette plate-forme, le remboursement de la caution étant beaucoup trop long...

nous etions la pour nous reposer alors nous sommes très peu sortis

je sais que vous avez bcp de vent donc bcp de sable qui vole donc toujours de la poussière et je sais aussi que votre eau laisse des traces sur les faïences et vitres mais nous avons passe une super semaine et les personnes que nous avons vu et côtoyé on été super comme si nous étions la depuis x temps et l'appart est bien agencé et super calme les balades le soir bord de mer et le vieil Antibes tout près c'est le top pensons revenir l'an prochain
