Beach Nest is the place for friends and family to gather with all the thoughtful touches that make gathering easy. Here, all the must-haves can be checked off the list including the large open concept great room with dining table for 12 along with the exceptional kitchen with huge island seating 6, 5 suite bedrooms, 330 square feet of screened porch and a golf cart to use during your stay. Bedroom locations and bed sizes are as follows:

Upstairs bedroom #1, Upstairs in-law suite features a Queen bed, a daybed with a full mattress and a twin trundle underneath, a full bathroom, a wet bar and private entrance door to garage. This bedroom has both a private entrance as well an entrance from the main house, perfect for those who need a little more privacy or a quiet space for naps. (sleeping 4)

Upstairs bedroom #2, King Master that features a walk-in double shower, wet bar and a pack 'n play (sleeping 2 + baby)

Upstairs bedroom #3, double twin bunk beds and triple twin bunk beds (sleeping 5)

Basement level bedroom #4, double twin bunk beds and a twin trundle (sleeping 5)

Basement level bedroom #5, Queen bed (sleeping 2)

The basement level offers an additional rec room with TV, children's books, games, mini-pool table/foosball game table , and a queen size sleeper sofa (sleeping 2)

Beach Nest can sleep a total of 20 with the rec room queen sleeper sofa.

We do have ring security cameras at the front door, west, east sides, and back of home. These are all located on the outside of the home. These cameras are mostly
to verify check in and out times and security when home is not occupied.

Located in Beachwalk Resort offering superb amenities (some are seasonal) that include a tennis court, basketball court, heated pool, toddler pool, fishing pier, mini-putting green, bocce ball, kayaks, Saturday Evening music in Central Park, and a playground.

Thanksgiving Day

Our family stayed here during Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and had multiple ovens to make cooking easy. There was plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group.

Fourth time at Beachwalk

This was the fourth house we rented in Beach Walk and pretty much tied with our top two! Great location, plenty of room for 11 people, very well stocked kitchen, water toys, golf cart etc. Lovely home, hope we left it in as good condition as we found it!

Great for families with small children

Nice place and great location. Only complaint is the pool is way too small. Was packed each day with families with small children (we didn't have any small children in our group) and we didn't attempt to use.

Couldn’t be happier

Rented this beautiful home for a girls getaway this past weekend I couldn’t have been more pleased!!! The home was better than I even expected it to be From being clean from top to bottom and even smelling like it was brand new to being stocked with everything you could possibly need from bikes,coolers,beach toys, to anything you could need in the kitchen to makeup remover wipes in every bathroom!!! The girls and I had a amazing time and definitely would or will be doing this again soon!!! I highly recommend this beautiful home for a nice getaway for friends or families!!! Love love loved it!!

This property was so nice! We loved all the amenities. There were bikes, beach toys, a golf cart, toys in the children's area, a well outfitted kitchen with two dishwashers, etc. It was clean, modern and very comfortable.

Spring Break Getaway

We had a great spring trip to Beach Nest! Paul was a great host including ensuring the golf cart was ready to go since that is a favorite activity for our kids. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Our kids enjoyed the extra toys and books too. Thanks Paul and Heather!

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful!!! We could not believe how well the kitchen was stocked with whatever you needed to cook, grill, crockpot, etc. They thought though everything! What a wonderful hosts.. Our power went out day 1 about an 1 hour 1/2 after we got there. They check in with us the whole time. the whole family enjoyed their time there. beach, kayak, paddle boards was also included so we all gave it a go. fun, fun, fun Thanks Paul and Heather

Beautiful home, great experience!

Home was beautiful and clean. We had a welcome package with wine, cheese and chocolates. Overall we had a fantastic experience with no complaints! Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone—family, a group of friends traveling, etc.

Perfect 40th with Friends

Property was incredible, house was immaculate, incredibly clean and brand new. Was good for a large group of adult friends who came from out of town to celebrate in New Buffalo and needed to stay the night. The property is more fitted for several large families with lots of kids. We did not utilize the two rooms loaded with bunkbeds. Would definitely come back with our three kids, my brothers family/kids and my sister and her kids. Drawback is that even though it is close to Lake Michigan, it is not walking distance from the beach, there is a little pier that you can fish from, although we did not. Very close to New Buffalo, which is what we were looking for. A 10 minute car ride get you downtown Buffalo or downtown Michigan city. Found out that we could’ve saved hundreds of dollars by going to beachwalkvacationrentals.com instead of VRBO.

Why they chose this property

The Lord lead us to this home. It is only 5 minutes golf cart drive from a beautiful beach at Lake Michigan with easy access. Also the amenities at the resort are a great feature. There are quit a few this to do in the area.

What makes this property unique

Our home is close to several dune trails , 5 minute drive from Casino, quit place in a lively neighborhood.
