Cottage near Nice - swimming pool - clim
Cozy cottage of 55 m², fully renovated, in a former barn, with large terrace with a barbecue, 150m ² of garden and swimming pool (12 m² - 1.20m deep). Attached on a wall (very thick) of the house owners, with an independent entrance from the street, an intimate and cloisonné space. Parking at 30 meters. Ideal for 4 people, maximum 6 beds.
The cottage is equipped with an independent internet connection and consists of two light levels (facing south) and air-conditioned:
-On the first level: large veranda used as dining room, computer corner with internet access, beautiful fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine dryer, mini dishwasher, fridge, freezer), living room (orange TV, DVD player) serving as extra bedroom (sofa bed and two single bunk beds)
-On the second level: bathroom with toilet, master suite with bed 160 with its own bathroom with spa bath, TV, DVD player, TASSIMO coffee machine.
Towels, sheets and tea towels provided.
