This vacation rental in Miramar Beach, FL, Majestic Sun 703B, is a charming Gulf view beach condo at Seascape Resort located directly across from the beach on the 7th floor and sleeps a total of 8. This condo offers amazing beach views from all common areas and a private balcony! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the beach or watch the HDTV. The new queen sleeper sofa in the living area can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a home-cooked meal. The dining area and breakfast bar can seat up to 9 comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers a beautiful HDTV and a private bath. The second bedroom has 2 full beds, an HDTV, and an attached bath. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room and sleeps a total of 8.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

Best Location

This may be our new favorite vacation spot. It is within walking distance of everything you need. (shopping, restaurants, recreation etc.) The amenities were top notch, with the indoor pool being our favorite. We will definitely return to Majestic Sun.

Perfect location, great stay!

We had issues checking in when we were told check in was at 4. We were there at 4 and was told they couldn’t tell us when check in would be ready but they could accommodate our groceries and luggage until we could get in the room. After about 30 mins, they were able to get us in. The room was very nice and the view was very nice as well! The rest of the stay was A plus! We will definitely be back!

Christmas at the beach.

Everything we needed, but the floors were very dirty. Everything else was spotless. I called to report the floors but no one ever came to mop. It was so bad I finally bought my own supplies and did it myself! I did not want my grandson playing with all his new toys on filthy floors. Property amenities were awesome. We all had a blast.

Not worth the price

Room was falling apart and had a running toilet AND a toilet leak in the other restroom. When they thought they fixed the leaking toilet I called them back to let them know it was still broken, they tried to tell me it was because my shower head got the toilet wet! Smh when it was clearly leaking STILL leaking. Went a couple days without the toilet. 7 ppl had to share 1 bathroom!! Beautiful view on the tiny balcony but still NOT worth the price! We won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend.

Although the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to open, once you got out there, the view was spectacular! The walk to the beach wasn't difficult, even for my elderly mother. The only issue we experienced was with the elevators which stopped working off and on during our stay. The Glass Casa staff are friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be back and plan to book this unit again in the future! A wonderful vacation!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A balance of thoughtful individuals and the selfish me first bunch. Rules are ignored! Beer and wine and mixed drinks in the hot tub daily, some in glass containers! The lounge chairs are all covered with beach towels but the people are across the street.....just reserving their special sun seat! Loudness abounds also.....listen to me talk....blah,blah, blah!The rooms in the #03B section have limited views with no sunsets!!! One hot tub was closed for 2 weeks! One elevator was out of service for a month or more in the B area! The lady behind the desk was very helpful and polite, trying to help out!This was our second snowbird season and I don't think a 3rd is upcoming!Lots of Rules Posted..... No authority behind them!!Furniture in our room was sagging....hard on us seniors and food stains! Oven erratic on temperature control!No bugs in rental room!!!

The only problem we had is that the door kept jamming once we entered the access code throughout our stay.Many times we had to enter the code up to 6 or 7 times for the door to open and somerimes waited outside our room for up to 20 minutes attempting to get in.The beds were comfortable and spacious, multiple tvs for everyone to enjoy. All utensils needed to cook were there. We were disappointed that we did not find a hair dryer anywhere in the condo after searching throughout the unit. Also the condo did have a dank/ nmildew smell that permeated our clothing and hair.

Reviewer Comments: 703B room was not what the picture showed I mentioned in an earlier review guest bathroom mirror was missing, they running board by the door was broken which was later fixed, same thing with bedroom knob on closet. The beds could definitely be upgraded slept horribly, the sheets and pillowcases were burned from the dryer. Which intern burned our clothing and swimsuits. I later found that there was plastic in the dryer that was left from before that was causing the burning removed as much as I could myself but did not fully remove it all and still burned the clothing. The chairs also provided were rusted out and broken. The location was great but probably will not stay here again was not happy with what I saw in the condo.

my family of 5 and I spent 10 days in Miramar Beach Florida and loved every minute of it! the condo was gorgeous, clean, and super cozy! we had an amazing view and it was walking distance to some of our favorite local spots!! we didn't want to leave!!
