Welcome to Majestic Sun A403, a relaxed beachfront vacation rental condo at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL. We provide two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo, saving you the hassle and cost of local beach service operators.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a comfortable living area with an HDTV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and the dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The master king suite has an HDTV and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has 2 full beds, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. For extra guests, the living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Majestic Sun offers amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and a Gulf-facing fitness center. The beach is just across the street, and nearby attractions include golf courses, shopping centers, and recreational activities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All I can say is we can’t wait to go back! Communication with the rental company was prompt and easy via text. We loved the beach view! There was easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping, and great excursions within minutes. This rental is in the perfect location. The rental was very clean, spacious, and the kitchen had most everything we needed. Note to future travelers - bring a broom or Swiffer because no matter how hard you try, there will be sand everywhere even if you don’t go to the beach.

Great stay!

Overall our stay at majestic sun was great! The only thing I will say needs improvement is having a mop and breom on hand for messes and clean up. We had to go out and buy our own. Also the dryer didnt work well, you would have to dry your load 4 or 5 times before they were dry enough to pull out. Other than that the location is great and it was a short walk over to the beach which we loved. There is also a gift shop and ice cream shop on site which made it very convenient.
