About this property

Relax at your Madaket Retreat

This three bedroom, two bedroom town house can sleep 5. The first floor has a king bedroom and a bedroom with one twin bed, and they share a full bath with tub/shower combo. The washer and dryer are also located on this level. The second floor has an open concept Living/Kitchen/Dining area with a deck that overlooks conservation land. On the third floor is the master suite with a queen bed and ensuite bath with shower. This townhome does not have air conditioning, but there are fans in each bedroom and in the main living area. There are plenty of windows and the location has a great sea breeze.

Located in Madaket the western most end of the island, this home is just around the corner from Millie's restaurant which is a great place to enjoy the sunset and has fabulous food and drinks. This home is about a five minute walk to the beach - Madaket Beach and Smith's Point and it is also on the WAVE route, the local bus line. The stop is on Madaket Road, a two minute walk away. The space is quiet and relaxing with pastoral views in the back. It is a great place to make memories and enjoy a piece of Nantucket.

Perfect size for a perfect getaway

House is as stated. It was a great location, very quiet. Cozy but enough room to spread out. Kitchen had everythingy you would need to cook. The decks on each level were very nice.

Find somewhere else to stay

Nope, don’t do it. If it sounds too good to be true, it’s because it is. Should have known something was up when I couldn’t access the property. Tried calling owner, no answer. Drove to property to find it already occupied! By the owner! Left me and my friend with NO WHERE to stay!

This property owner is not trustworthy

This property owner cancelled on me the same day I was supposed to stay for 6 weeks. They never returned my money and I had to file a claim with VRBO and a police report. Avoid at all costs.

Wonderful rental!

This home is perfect for your trip to Nantucket! Great location and easy access in and out. We brought bikes and it was an easy and fun bike ride to the beach. Make sure to bring everything you need for your stay especially if you plan on cooking at the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

Went to Nantucket for a Friday and Saturday night with 3 friends. Spent most of our time downtown. Rental property can be expensive downtown. So this was the right price for us. The townhouse was roomy and comfortable. Millie's Market, Millie's Restaurant, and Madaket beach are one mile away. I walked it. It's a 10 minute cab ride to downtown. The townhouse is on a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbors. Liza was cooperative, helpful, and always responded to any questions within 15 minutes. I would stay here again.
