Private upstairs rooms with private entrance. Enter at the front door and enjoy a private staircase leading to two upstairs rooms with a jack and jill bathroom. One room has a double bed and one room offers a queen bed. Each room has a refrigerator and microwave. Enjoy the coffee station with a combo drip/pod coffee maker. YouTube tv and Netflix are provided on large mounted tbs. Walk a half block to Lowe’s Foods for any grocery needs. A great deck provides a great space to unwind. A grill is provided for your favorite steaks or the catch of the day.

This property/neighborhood was built in the 1940s to provide housing for veterans returning from WW2. You will be amazed at the quality construction and the renovations completed in the neighborhood.
