New Construction! Ultra modern oceanfront home! 5106B is a sleek oceanfront house featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 14 guests. Step through the doorway into a pristine, fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large center island. The open concept floorplan allows you and your guests to flow through the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it a perfect house for entertaining family and friends. The living room features a large flat screen TV and opens up to the pool area.

The ground floor features one guest bedroom equipped with a King size bed and private bathroom. Three other guestrooms featuring King, Queen & Full-size beds, as well as their own private bathrooms, are located on the second floor, along with the Master Suite and additional sleep space featuring a Twin size bunk bed, ideal for kids or teenagers. The Master Suite entails a King size bed, flat screen TV, private oceanfront balcony and private Master bath. The bathroom has an incredible soaking tub, walk-in shower, large vanity with double sinks and well-lit vanity mirror.

Sit back and relax in the hot tub, swim laps in the private pool, or spend the day on the beach using your own private boardwalk! Hang out next door at Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill or at one of the many restaurants, shops or entertainment venues South Padre Island has to offer!

Every stay at 5106B Gulf Blvd includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. The condo was true to size. The staircase is very steep!! Anyone taking an elderly family member, I would not recommend the upstairs rooms. Anyone taking a toddler, please take a baby gate. The distance to the beach is short walk. Bonus...there's a great burger/bar next door!!

We had a wonderful experience at 5106B Gulf Blvd. Everything worked!! The TV's all worked without issues. Last year we stayed at a unit that had multiple issues. Being here was an enjoyable experience with no problems. Compliments to the owner for having everything in such good working order. We hope to stay there again next year!!

Great experience beautiful property. Really enjoyed the location, central and easy walking around. Private beach access was great. Private pool and hot tub excellent. Management was extremely easy to deal with. Highly recommend this property! First time in South Padre we will be back.

Fantastic Amenities!

This was a fantastic house for our recent vacation with four couples. The view was also amazing to watch not only Sunrises but Moonrises too! The folks at SPI Rentals were awesome to deal with and made it an easy experience. We will definitely be back - thank you for the memories!

Great for family gathering

This was our 3rd stay here. It is the perfect size for our family. Great for easy access to the beach, especially with little ones. SPIRentals has been very professional, friendly, and responsive to any needs during our stay. Highly recommend, just not on the dates we want to return :)

Beautiful Clean and comfortable

Stayed with family and friends for a Memorial service. The beds were awesome comfortable. Every single one!! I tryed them all. The kitchen was full of all kinds of cooking utensils ~ we brought our chef. He loved the gas stove! The AC worked well minor issue called & they fixed it immediately at 10pm at night! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Highly recommend!

Although the house was nice and the location to beach was great there are a few things I would ask the owner to look into. Blinds in bedrooms. You are not able to sleep in because of the lack of window coverings. Downstairs bed and bunk beds squeak badly. You can't move without disturbing the person sleeping with you. The bunk beds could also be heard squeaking in the two bedrooms close by with doors closed. Loved all the games and puzzles that were made available.

The location was wonderful, management company was easy to contact and willing to help.

The location was wonderful and the space was great. Instructions for locks, spa and check out were either missing or inaccurate. That being said the management company was easy to contact and more than willing to come to the house to help us out. The spa was difficult to keep heated so we could continue to use it (similar to the other reviews). We had a wonderful girls trip and would recommend for others.

We had a wonderful time

We had a multi generation family get together. Thankfully, there is a bedroom on the ground floor as our 92 year old family member would not have been able to climb the stairs. Another plus is every bedroom has its own bathroom. The only downside was the beds, pillows and window coverings were less than perfect. We had a wonderful family get together and the house has a boardwalk to the beach. There was an electrical outage that tripped all the breakers and Will's team fixed the problem very promptly. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent condo. Very well taken care of inside and outside. Only issue was that the air conditioning did not work at all in the second floor. It was very hot for some family members that some had to come down and sleep in the 1st floor living room couches. The air conditioner did not even turn on at all in the second floor.Other than that it was good overall stay.

The property was a nice property but the furnishings were extremely lacking. All of the beds were poor at best and need replacing as well as the living room sofas which were basically shot. I would not recommend this property until these issues are resolved. I will not book this again unless I get the property to confirm it is resolved. The location is great but the above issues take away from making it an ideal rental for sure.

Family Getaway

The house was nice, clean, roomy and right on the beach. It was perfect for our family to hang out and relax by the pool and hot tub. Any problems that arose were taken care of in a timely manner and if they couldn't resolve it, They gave us a temporary fix until it could be resolved. Only recommendation would be to have some kind of patio furniture on balconies of master bedroom and the other larger bedroom to be able to sit out and watch sunrise and sunsets. Otherwise the house was supplied well with whatever you may have wanted as far as appliances, utensils and such. Oh, and we had a broom but could not find the dustpan to clean up sand thru out the stay. And a little difficulty with the front door lock, very tricky and hard to figure out. All in all a nice place to bring your family!

Great Location - House Needs Work

House is located right on the beach and with the pool/hot tub their is plenty to enjoy. The house, new in 2019, needs maintenance work, both inside and outside. Furniture seems rather cheap and leg on dining room chair was about to fall off and actually pinched the finger of one in our group. Refrigerator door was broken and froze fruit we ended up throwing out. The driveway is lined with large rock that is a challenge to walk on and since they no longer let you park in the garage, you are forced to walk on them as we had 4 cars parked in the driveway. Regardless of the house issues, we had a great time. We would return, but probably not to this house.

Great Oceanfront location

Let me start off by saying, the SPI staff are just so personable all the way around(atleast the ones I've had the pleasure of coming across). Maybe I've been a little spoiled, or just lucky by previous locations I have stayed at. Though this home was definitely livable, obviously in a great location. We felt it could easily been improved with a few things making a big difference. It could use a good maintenance "walk-thru".Sliding door extremely loose making it hard to open, shower floor tiles sharp edges shifting upwards,couch and bedding updated gor comfort.Definitely some deck & pool tan/lounge chairs & table. We even peaked over and noticed we were the only ones that didn't have any for some reason. Mind you there were some cushioned couch like seats but that was it.The heated pool and hottub was a wonderful bonus.That too would have been a lot nicer if maybe vacuumed. We for sure understand sand is inevitable ofcourse. But it was enough to stir up and actually feel while in it. I feel these are simple fixes for the big difference it would make. Especially in comparison to similar locations at that cost. It's a great location, a great setup, and could really be a great rental worth every penny...with a little needed attention. We still had a wonderful time though, and appreciate the fact that someone "let us borrow theyre home".☺️

5106B Gulf blvd

The bedrooms and bathrooms in this unit were awesome! However, we had a few issues. The handle on the back sliding door was loose and eventually came off. SPI rental was quick to come address the problem but couldn't fix without appropriate parts so we did without the entire vacation. The ice maker in the freezer was broken and SPI said it couldn't be fixed before we left so we had to go buy ice everyday. The kitchen didn't have any storage for the food we brought and that was very inconvenient because we had to go searching through grocery bags to find what we needed. The living room only had seating for 7 so we couldn't all gather their in the evenings. The master bedroom upstairs had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean but there were no chairs there to sit and enjoy. We will not be renting this place next year because it was just too much money considering the issues we had. SPI rental was quick to come and try to fix items but unfortunately most couldn't be fixed during our stay. The handle to the dishwasher fell off on the 2nd day and they did fix that.

Great house

A Wonderful Escape with Room for Improvement We thoroughly enjoyed our five-week stay, escaping the cold in this beautiful home. The property provided a much-needed retreat, and the exceptional customer service truly stood out. The team was consistently responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. A few observations from our experience: Master Bedroom: • The bed sheets did not fit properly, which impacted comfort. • The shower could benefit from a more thorough repair and cleaning. • The toilet was not stable and wobbled when used. Additional Concerns: • The freezer was not functioning properly. • While the internet connection upstairs was strong, it was noticeably weaker on the main level. For Long-Term Stays: • Cleaning supplies were not initially provided, but the management team did respond quickly to our requests for a toilet brush and broom. • Hangers would have been helpful. • There was no storage space for food. • The furniture showed signs of wear and was not very comfortable, with some pieces making unusual noises. Homes around us had better outdoor furniture, as the two chairs are very different and the balcony view has no chairs. A Note on the Surrounding Area: We noticed that several nearby homes seemed to be used as party rentals, which occasionally affected the overall atmosphere. It might be worth considering a pricing strategy that discourages short-term party rentals—perhaps offering discounts for extended stays while increasing rates for shorter visits. This could help preserve the property's condition and attract guests looking for a more relaxed and respectful experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the beautiful setting and great service. With a few updates and adjustments, this property could truly shine as an ideal destination for both short and extended visits.
