A winter week-end break

A comfortable, friendly and well equipped house close to sea, shops and some excellent restaurants, all within easy walking distance. Enclosed garden with parking for 2 cars and locking gates. It was our 2nd visit to Jard sur Mer and it won't be the last.

Excellent Holiday

A very French house in style and in condition. Everything worked but there were odd things. E.G the door hiding a hole in the wall and loose floor tiles. Having said that the house was comfortable and suited us. We liked the town a lot. A proper French town with good food shops and restaurants plus a big super market. Good beaches and wonderful weather. What is not to like.

Fabulous Stay

We could not have asked for more. Great location, many eateries, the port, market, shops, bike hire, beaches all in a short walking distance. The owners are lovely, friendly and very helpful. The house is very tidy and had all we required. It's spacious and very well thought out (big showers, utility room, seperate dining area). Our two young children were able to play outside behind locked gates, in a secure enclosed environment. There is secure off street parking, ample for two vehicles. We were very taken with Jard Sur Mer and the surrounding areas. There are plenty of towns and villages, beaches and other attractions to visit within a short drive if you wish. We took the ferry to Cherbourg and had a 3 hour drive to the house, and returned via the tunnel with an overnight in Mont Saint Michel which broke up the return and allowed us to keep the holiday going one more day. I would happily and thoroughly recommend this property to all. We intend to go back.

Stilvoll saniertes Haus aus den 30er Jahren. Gute Ausstattung, nur den Kamin oder Kaminofen für die kälteren Abende haben wir vermisst. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern.

charmant, authentiek huis met alle comfort

De Vendée, was eerder een onbekende voor ons, maar heeft ons zeer aangenaam verrast.De lokatie is perfect om van hieruit mooie excursies te maken, met of zonder auto.Vooral het verblijf in het mooi en smaakvol gerestaureerde authentieke huis en voorzien van alle comfort maakt de vakantie compleet.

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée et d'une rare propreté avec des propriétaires à l'écoute .

Plage, balades à pied, petite visite culturelle (maison de Clemenceau). Le marché très bien fourni permet de se régaler des produits locaux.

2 schöne Wochen in einer Villa mit Charme und Flair. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Freundlicher Empfang von sehr netter Vermieterin. Schöne saubere Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe. Radwegenetz perfekt. Der Ort bietet für jeden etwas. Gerne wieder.

Séjour en famille à Jard-sur-Mer

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à la villa "Sous les Pins" avec mes parents et mes enfants (10,12 et 16 ans). La maison a beaucoup de charme et elle est parfaitement équipée, notamment la cuisine :-) Nous avons été accueillis très gentiment par mme Remaud, avec une délicieuse brioche vendéenne. La maison est très bien située, entre le port et la zone commerçante dans le centre. Il y a pas mal de bruit dans la rue l'été, pensez à prendre vos boules Quiès si vous avez le sommeil léger. Plusieurs belles plages dans les environs immédiats.

La maison est très agréable et idéalement placée dans Jard sur mer, tout peut se faire à pied ou en vélo. Ce fut un plaisir d'y séjourner quelques jours en février.

Séjour confortable

Un week-end prolongé entre amis avec enfants dans une maison adaptée et aménagée avec goût. Malgré un temps mitigé nous avons pu profiter aussi des environs proches. Petites balades au bord de mer pour digéré après les repas. Espace pour les enfants et pour les grands. Merci au propriétaire.

Eine ideale Unterkunft für Urlaub am Meer

Wir haben zusammen mit Freunden und deren Kindern eine tolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist gut und aufgrund der großen Küche kann man auch zu mehreren Personen gemeinsam gut kochen und im Garten toll grillen, essen und verweilen. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns herzlich empfangen und durch das Haus geführt. Der Strand, der Hafen und Ortskern mit Lokalen und Geschäften (geöffnet in Abhängigkeit der Saison) sind fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es weitere richtig schöne und mitunter einsame Strände, wenn man einen tollen Strandtag erleben möchte. Naturparks, Steilküste und Wälder laden ebenfalls zu Spaziergängen/ Wanderungen und zum Radfahren ein. Vielen Dank Mdm. und Mr. Remaud für den schönen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen kleinen alten Villa. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Bis dahin verbleiben wir mit lieben Grüßen Stefan & Christian

Hübsches Haus am Meer

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Haus und Vermietung. Es gab keine unangenehme Überraschungen, der Inserat ist zutreffend. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr angenehm, da man zum Meer oder in die Stadt schnell fußläufig hinkommt. On y va!😊

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll saniert und eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist komplett. Der Garten bietet einen sehr schönen Ruckzugsbereich. Die Lage des Hauses zur Ortsmitte und zum Strand ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für Kinder.

A wonderful house in a beautiful town.

I can only describe our stay at this house as memorable and most enjoyable. It is a beautiful building, with everything we needed and more. So close to many other places and amenities, it made our stay, all the more fulfilling. The place is so close to the sea, town centre and wonderful restaurants. Our host was so nice in welcoming us, we always felt very much at home. Even the bins were easy to manage. We also had some family members visit from Ireland and there was loads of room. The town of Jard Sur Mer is absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend a stay at this house. Will be back for sure.

Maison ancienne modernisée

Excellent séjour dans cette location, propriétaire sympa, emplacement de la location génial 100m plage et commerces à pieds .. agréable découverte aussi famille avec enfants, entre amis ou couple .. A ne pas manquer !
