Villa Jelena | 4-star villa with heated pool, privacy & barbecue house

In a quiet location with a view of olive trees and in the middle of nature, the 280 m² villa with pool extends on a 1000 m² plot. The luxurious Villa Jelena is located in the small Mediterranean town of Jurcanija near Buje.

The spacious entrance is accessible through an electric gate and offers parking spaces for up to six cars and four additional guest parking spaces. The newly created green area beautifies the property as well as the front of the two terraces.

The common balcony on the first floor with sun loungers and seating, the front terrace and the terrace by the living room accessible by the pool with seating and sun loungers offer opportunities for relaxation.
The separate grill house with its own sanitary area and brick grill and dining area invites you to spend relaxing wine or barbecues.

The pool and two different outdoor terraces with seating areas and the grill house can be reached in just a few steps through the living room. Our pool lift also offers our handicapped guests a chance to relax.
A spacious entrance area leads into the bright and modern living room with dining area with space for up to eight people and a high chair. A fully equipped kitchen and the latest kitchen appliances as well as a large refrigerator ensure a fun and delicious cooking experience.

Our living area with a comfortable family couch and 58 inch LED Smart TV with all popular apps such as Netflix, Maxdome, Amazon Prime etc. ensures a relaxed Netflix evening. as well as various books and board and board games.

The end is the barrier-free blue room on the ground floor with its own bathroom with walk-in shower and corresponding equipment and toilet.
On the first floor there are three more spacious bedrooms.

Each of our rooms is equipped with a large mirror cabinet, a double bed and its own LED Smart TV with the latest apps. For the associated bathrooms with shower and toilet, a hair dryer as well as large and small towels and wellness slippers are available per guest.

Each room offers a spacious balcony with seating for evening relaxation and privacy. The rooms are decorated in the colors green, purple and pink. The pink room is also equipped with a cot so perfect for the small family.

The completion of the green area as well as other leisure opportunities in the outdoor area will take place by early May. Ideally, our villa is centrally located so that you can reach the beaches and harbor in Umag as well as Kanegra Beach, attractions such as caving, nature walks, museums, various water sports, the Adriatic Golf Club and the Istralandia water park by car within 10 - 15 minutes can.

Ideal for families or couples who value privacy without being secluded. For whom a certain luxury and a relaxed vacation without tourism stress are important.

Shopping and nightlife as well as a hospital are within 2 - 3 km in the nearest town Buje. The major cities of Poreč, Rovinj and Pula with airport are located from 35 to 80 km away from us.

As a German-Croatian family and living in Germany, we have incorporated German and international standards into the construction and furnishing of our luxurious and modern Villa Jelena and are looking forward to completion in January 2020.
