The outdoor living spaces include a dock on the river, a pavilion that overlooks the river, a screened porch outside the ground level, & a wrap-around deck outside the den and master bedroom. The back of home faces the river & the sunset view is breathtaking. Property sits at Buoy Mile Marker 495 on the Tennessee River with easy access to the Grasshopper Creek boat ramp.

We had a wonderful time on the lake. The house was large so we could spread out. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The views at sunset were beautiful. Beverly was very accommodating and answered all our questions. The gift basket was a wonderful surprised that we really appreciated. We would definitely like to come back again.

Spacious and welcoming, this “retreat” was perfect for our family’s time near Dayton. The plentiful deck areas made for pleasant outdoor time. The kitchen had most of what one needs to prepare meals and all appliances worked properly. We really enjoyed our stay!

This place was amazing the pictures do it no justice because there was so many different features to this place. A real hidden gem! Enjoyed fishing from the dock caught some baby bass and a blue catfish…..all of which we returned for the next guests so good luck!

What an incredible experience. We have done multiple VRBOs over the years but this has been our favorite home so far. The home itself is beautiful with so much space. We had a total of 10 in our party and there was space for everyone including our toddler granddaughter. The property itself is beautiful. The morning views over the lake from the dock or the back porch is magnificent. There are a lot of steps to get back and forth from the dock but they are well built and not overwhelming. Our host, Bev, was incredibly responsive to any questions that we had. She left the Christmas decor up and made our holiday even more special. We also received an incredible gift basket that shared about the history and culture of the area. Thank you so much for an incredible experience that we will remember for years to come!
