Brand new comfortable accommodations, located a short uber to the monuments and blocks from the Green Line metro stations that goes quickly & directly to Reagan airport. Amazingly walkable neighborhood with many restaurants, bars 1-2 blocks in every direction. We pride our ourselves in providing a clean family friendly house for guests.

Perfect for family gathering

The house was great. Had 12 family members gathered for a burial service at Arlington for our Dad. The house was roomy for all. Very clean. Never ate out. Made all meals there. Paul is an amazing host.

Girls trip

Hello! Paul’s place matched the pictures shown! Loved the openness of the living room area. Kitchen is small, but do able. The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of room for our large party (12). It was nice being able to sit in their little courtyard out back. Paul was also very responsive and answered all my questions. My friends raved about the house throughout our entire trip! I would definitely stay again.

Pleasant and Spacious

I had a pleasant experience staying in Paul’s home. His responses were quick and answered any questions I had, he was not bothersome at all and communicated well. The home was tidy and had plenty of room. It is located in a safe neighborhood but parking can be tricky. Paul was a great host and provided an adequate stay, my only suggestion would be for the cleaners to ensure that areas such as the shower and fridge are cleaned thoroughly. I would recommend staying at his home.

Large, spacious place for a group gathering!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Paul's place- it was plenty spacious with all of the necessary amenities and had a comfortable, relaxed feel. It was in a great, central location! Check-in was easy as well. Communication is the only thing semi lacking with the owner. He wasn't the speediest with his responses and he didn't respond to all of my questions. But, overall we enjoyed our stay and our time together in his home!
