This beautifully preserved Victorian home is part of DC’s historic charm, featuring classic architectural details—including steeper wooden staircases inside the home. The steps are also steeper leading up to the front entrance. While these elements add to the home's character, guests may wish to plan ahead for luggage and mobility needs to ensure a comfortable arrival.

1. NO SMOKING inside/outside the home. Guests must walk away to smoke

2. NO LOUD Music, Noise, Parties. Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM

3. NO REMOVAL of any inventory items from the list.

4. Check-in: 4:00- 9:00 PM/ Check-out: 11:00 AM.
