Loved the bunk room

The bunk room has four full size beds in it which worked out great for the kids! Nice kitchen with lots of appliances/utensils as well! Great home!

Recently updated house

The house was overall nice - recently remodeled simple house. The kitchen was very nice, but the living room was quite small for the number of people who can stay there (8). It was very clean and since it was newly redone, all dishes were in complete sets and not broken. Just the sheets would have been nicer if they were not polyester. Location was very convenient for our summer stay. Somehow the renovation did not yet get to the backyard which was still a little weed patch.

Stairs

Staying here was okay. The only that we don't like is the stairs is too narrow. My girlfriend fell on the stairs she got really hurt on her shoulder and lower back and she got bruises. It's not safe.

1/5 Star Review. Extremely Misleading Listing. Property is Dirty, Under-kept, and Unprofessional.

My family and I arrived at the property at 9:00pm after driving about 5 hours to get there. We unpack our bags and try to enter the house, but the code the owner gave us didn’t work! We thought we were doing it wrong, so we kept trying different ways for 10 minutes but nothing worked. We then had to figure out a way to get in contact with someone, which was almost impossible. We somehow found the number for the housing agency this house is ran by, which took another 15 minutes of us sitting in the cold. It turned out that they had the key code wrong and they had to code in a new one. THAT ISNT THE WORST PART. The listing makes this place look so much bigger than it actually is. The house and property is extremely small. The listing said it could fit 8 people comfortably, but the 6 of us could barely fit! There were cobwebs all around the house (I have picture evidence), and the backyard looks terrible! There is a small patio area and the rest of the yard is just overgrown weeds. Every other yard and house on the block looks nicer than this one. STAY AWAY FROM RENTING THIS PLACE! IT IS EXTREMELY OVERPRICED AND VERY MISLEADING! THE OWNER OF THIS HOUSE RUINED MY FAMILY’S VACATION, DON’T LET THEM RUIN YOURS!

Great location- needs some details

Location is great. Beds are comfortable and place offered lots of fans . Place was clean but no one had washed the floor in a looong time as feet and socks were black within minutes. Kitchen is stocked with basics but nothing more than minimum which works if you want basic meals or are eating out. WiFi is really bad ...if you need to work it's not viable (we stayed one street over for a month and did not have a WiFi problem). Some lights don't work and back screen was busted letting in bugs. We called property manager and they said they would pass along the information to the owners...which seemed to not be the role of the property manager.

Truckee golf trip

Highly recommend this wonderful home. Quiet neighborhood close to golf courses and Stateline. Would love to stay again. Home has everything you need.

The house is clean and well organized.

We loved the house. All of amenities provided with the house was new and useable. The only thing we wanted to have was empty trash bins. When we got there, the trash bins outside the house were full.
