The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the train station that we took from Rome to Florence. The check in process with the guide efficient and the apartment perfect for 2 couples. It’s centrally located to everything! I would highly recommend.

Everything was great. Very clean and spacious. The hosts even had a cute basket with a bottle of wine and spaghetti and sugo (sauce) upon our arrival. That was so thoughtful and such a nice welcoming touch.

Beautiful property, well maintained, and we highly recommend. Host met and explained the apartment and was very gracious. The apartment is well stocked with essentials as well as a lovely welcome basket. Location is wonderful being one block from the Duomo.

Stunning property, excellent location!

This property is just down the street from the Duomo. The location was excellent! Communication was clear and the apartment is quite large. We loved it and will stay again when in Florence.

We spent 6 nights at the property. It was exactly as advertised. Communication with the hosts was excellent, the property was spotless and you cannot ask for a better location. Everything is a short walk away. I would highly recommend the property and will definitely stay again when we return to Florence.

Great Place, Perfect Location

Our first time traveling to Italy and this place was perfect. The apartment was clean and comfortable for my family of five. The communication with the host was excellent. The location is great, everything is well with in a 10 minute walk in any direction. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Florence.

Marvelous apartment, ideal location

This apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean. We easily connected with our many scheduled tours since it is in a great location close to all the major sites. It was lovely to stroll the streets and to the nearby river in the morning and evening. Our hosts provided lots of helpful tips for exploring Florence.

Great stay in the heart of Florence

We had a great stay in the apartment. Check in was easy and communication was good. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and spacious. Plenty of room for the four of us, and there would have been room for up to 8. It was stocked with coffee, pasta, and a bottle of wine. Close proximity to restaurants, the Duomo, and cafes. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at this spacious home. Everything was perfect, especially the location. We were advised through the reviews that the evenings could be pretty noisy, but we didn’t realize it would be all night. Bringing a noise machine may be helpful.
