About this property
Spacious 4 bedroom house on lake
Home features beautiful lake views and large spacious rooms with 4 bedrooms including a master suite. King size bed in master bedroom, Queen size beds in two rooms and a double in the other bedroom. Infrared sauna and treadmill available. Peaceful and relaxing location with excellent fishing and kayaking. The bottom of the lake at the north end is mucky and weedy so not the best spot for swimming right off of the shore. Perfect for morning coffee on the dock for sunrise and evening cocktails by the lake and or bonfire at night. 1/2 mile from Owera Vineyard. Only 5 min from Cazenovia village and 6 miles from Manlius or Chittenango village. Great hiking nearby. 20 minutes or less to the NY State throughway and Rt. 481. 25 minutes to downtown Syracuse. Great, convenient location!

I raised by children here and love Cazenovia and this beautiful location! Now that my children are older and are starting their own pursuits in life, the main part of the house is often empty.
Why they chose this property
We originally chose Cazenovia because of it's New England like feel! We chose this property because it is convenient to Syracuse area and on water.
