We had a wonderful stay at Thomas and Cecile's house. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. There was lots of room for a family of 4 people, with separate bedrooms for both our children and a large garden, perfect for badminton! The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac within easy walking distance from the town. Lots of great beaches nearby and smaller ones if you're prepared to go a little further. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a really lovely stay at Le Guezy.

The property is as described and very specious. The patio areas for breakfast and evening work very well. The area is lovely we enjoyed lots of cycling and walking along the beautiful coast particularly west of Le Baule. We hope to be back.

Idyllic stay in La Baule

Who: 5 people, three adults with two children (ages 10 and 13) When: 26th of June to 7th of July 2023 (Important, as this was BEFORE French summer vacations started!) The house is quite simply perfect. It has a very nice and large garden, as is located in a cul-de-sac, making it very quiet. It's very large and luminous. The three bedrooms upstairs are: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. There are two WCs, one shower downstairs, and one full bathroom upstairs. The only reason why I did not give this house five stars is because the WC downstairs had a very, very bad smell. It was completely contained to the WC, but it was truly foul, and we were not warned of it before we traveled. It didn't detract much from our overall enjoyment, and it was only a minor inconvenience, but nonetheless, it had to be mentioned. The owners were extremely helpful, and Sandrine (the person who met us on the premises) was friendly and very helpful as well. We found the house impeccably clean. Now, this house is not what I would call close to the beach. You can get there on foot in 22 minutes, or much faster if you are willing to bike. The closest bakery is 13 minutes on foot. Overall your enjoyment of this house will probably increase if your either bring or rent bicycles, are willing and like walking, or don't mind using a car on vacation. I would definitely recommend this property. We had a lovely time!

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, es ist keine ausgesprochene Feriensiedlung. Das Innere ist großzügig und weitläufig gestaltet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts und man fühlt sich von Beginn an wie zu hause. Der Garten ist groß, die Terrasse ebenso. Es gibt zwei Stellplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Da das Haus eher oben in Pornichet liegt, ist für kleinere Besorgungen ein Auto oder E-Bike notwendig. Fußweg zum Bäcker dauert sonst doch rund 30 Minuten.Wir würden das Haus in jedem Fall empfehlen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison où nous nous très bien sentis dès le départ. Elle est spacieuse, bien aménagée et équipée, très agréable à vivre. Le garage est un vrai plus pour stocker des vélos. Le grand jardin et sa terrasse permettent de passer de bons moments à l'extérieur. Elle est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. L'accès au centre ville est facile et rapide. Rapport qualité prix très intéressant. En somme une très belle location !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourner dans cette agréable maison spacieuse située au calme. Le jardin est un gros plus car il est très bien entretenu. L'accueil de Sandrine lors de notre arrivée a été parfait et elle a rapidement trouvé une solution pour le drap housse de 160 cm manquant.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons loué cette maison avec mes parents et ce fut un plaisir que d'y sejourner. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et très lumineuse. Il y a de quoi se garer et les enfants beneficient d'un grand jardin pour se défouler.

Séjour kid friendly

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons juste regretté que la maison ne soit pas un peu plus propre et que nous ayons à payer pour avoir du linge à disposition. La maison est sinon équipée de tt ce qu il faut pour des enfants en bas age. Attention quand il y a de fortes chaleurs les chambres sont sous les toits et sans ventilateurs.

Emplacement agréable et calme avec très beau jardin

Etant donné la chaleur lors de nos vacances, nous avons très apprécié l'ombre du chêne dans le magnifique jardin très bien entretenu. L'intérieur est très agréable et malgré la chaleur, celui-ci est resté frais. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires qui reste à l'écoute si problème. Un grand merci pour nos vacances

Excellent séjour

Très belle maison fonctionnelle grande et lumineuse. Le jardin est magnifique et permet de passer d’excellentes soirées (barbecue, belle terrasse). Aucun vis à vis nous nous sommes sentis très bien et au calme. A quelques mn de Pornichet, à moins de 10 mn du centre de La Baule, moins de 30 mn de Guerande l’emplacement est idéal. L’accueil a été chaleureux et agréable. Un grand merci !

Idealer Aufenthaltsort für einen entspannten Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, sehr geräumig und verfügt über einen großen Garten. Sowohl Pornichet wie auch La Baule-Escoublac und weitere Ziele in der Nähe sind mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. Stefan und Familie

Séjour La Baule Escoublac

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison, très fonctionnelle, lumineuse et spacieuse. Chambres confortables.Nous avons bien profité du jardin clos et très arboré avec nos petits-enfants de 3ans et 5 ans. Maison proche commerces, plages et accès pour ballades. Vraiment enchantés par notre séjour. Sandrine est très accueillante.

Parfait avec des enfants

Superbe maison, très bien équipée dans un quartier calme. Idéal pour des enfants avec le jardin fermé, ils s'en sont donnés à coeur joie. Tout peut se faire à vélo ou à pieds dans les alentours, marché, plages, jeux pour enfants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
