The Space:
Sleeping: Sleeps 10-12 guests. 1st Bedroom on main floor with Queen-size bed, Attached bathroom; 2nd Bedroom (Master) on upper level with King-size bed, Attached bathroom; 3rd Bedroom on upper level with King-size bed, Attached bathroom; 4th Bedroom on lower level with Queen-size bed, Attached bathroom; Extra Sleeping (Bedroom 5) Bonus room with queen-size pull out bed. This room closes off just like a bedroom. (sleeps 2). Pack n' play. Maximum overnight capacity is 12.

The Breck Free Ride bus stop is just out the door or walk four blocks to Main Street and you will be able to get anywhere within Breckenridge in a few minutes or less.

We loved staying here! The house is so homey (and big!) with everything we could need. Perfect location, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!
Everything was wonderful! The house was perfect for our group. We only had 6 people - but the kitchen is furnished for a group twice that size. Very cozy and easy to use (automatic) fireplace in living room. Bedrooms are large and each one has a bathroom. Location is great - very close to Main street. Ski Bus picks up just a 3 minute walk away. Parking for 3 or 4 vehicles easily. Been coming to Breck for 30 years - this is our best stay yet!
This was one of the best houses we’ve ever rented. Not only was it within close proximity of the restaurants and shops in downtown Breckenridge; the house itself was magnificent. Very comfortable and extremely well-kept. The design of the house was unique and perfect for our large family. We hope to go back someday!

This was a great house for a group of friends. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. Bedrooms were very comfortable and it’s a plus that each room had its own bath. Living room and kitchen areas are smaller then they appeared in the pictures, but it worked. Walking distance to everything, plus in a nice residential neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.
This is a fantastic property in the heart of Breckenridge. 1 block from the dog park and 4 blocks from downtown.
It is well stocked with everything you forgot to bring, too. Humidifiers in every room, good utensils, pots/pans, etc.
If you are looking for a nicely appointed, convenient location for your trip to Breckenridge, this is the place for you!
We loved it! It was a magical holiday in this house. The location was perfect, it was super cute and the most stocked rental we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed! If it had a downfall, it was no place to store food with all the dishes and housewares, but we worked around that and enjoyed having a fulling stocked kitchen! It was GREAT!
House was as great as advertised! Owner was very friendly and helpful. Great location. The kids really enjoyed Carter Park and walking distance from Main St.
We enjoyed our stay at High street home. We felt like we were in a friends home instead of a vacation house. It was very cozy with 3 different areas to gather and watch TV. We enjoyed the main living area with the fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and serve including some spices. They even supplied extra paper towels and a fresh dish sponge. We appreciated having a washer and dryer with laundry detergent supplied. The restaurants and bars were just a short walk from the house and it was nice being close to a grocery store. We highly recommend this place for a large family. You will not be disappointed.

Great location for enjoying the town of Breck. We didn’t ski this trip, so didn’t mind being further from the mountain. How’s was nice and very well appointed with cookware, towels, TVs, sleds, etc
We really can’t say enough good things about this property. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to accommodate our family. We’ve stayed many places and this was an as advertised property. You won’t be disappointed. It’s a close walk to Main Street and bout a mile from Beaver Run. Highly recommend and hope to stay again soon.
We had a great stay at this wonderful home. Perfect for our family and family pet. House was well stocked and awesome location within walking distance of downtown. Management was responsive & flexible. Highly recommend.
This was one of our favorite homes we have rented. You can easily walk to Main Street and Carter Park. The layout was really neat. There is a downstairs room with its own tv room for the older kids and on the main floor was a queen room. The top floor had two king rooms and one had a "closet" with two twin mattresses that the littles stayed in. It was fully stocked with soap, shampoo, bags, cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. We did not have to buy any of those things. There is a nice porch with a grill to sit and have coffee and enjoy the weather. One of the owners lives a few doors down and came to water the plants. Very nice guy and we will try to get this house again when we return.
