Great Location ..Cute Cottage in Hip East Nashville

Great Location ....Cute Cottage in Hip East Nashville, beautiful yard and deck on the back for sipping drinks and enjoying sunsets. Two beautiful bedrooms each with their own bath. The kitchen has open concept ,new appliances wonderful counter space with open shelves. The home is incredibly decorated and furnished, minutes to downtown.

East Nashville has a quirky vibe and a buzzing food and nightlife scene. The Five Points area is known for its street art, upbeat bars and trendy fine-dining restaurants, while nearby Fatherland Street is the place to go for offbeat shops. In leafy Shelby Park, the Greenway is a paved tree-lined path winding along the Cumberland River. Nissan Stadium fills with crowds for Titans football home games.

You will have access to our home and all of the beautiful yard

This home is 10 min to downtown , 15 min from the airport, 5 min to Grocery, 5 min to nightlife and food.

You are able to use public buses, or any ride share company Lyft / Uber downtown is 3 miles away if you drive I'd still recommend using ride share in parking is very costly .
Get a hop on Hop off trolly ticket when in town it takes you all over Nashville for very little cost .

Great location to see Nashville with easy Uber or Lyft rides to downtown.2 bedroom house is very well maintained and has everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great house and great location

This property is just as nice as the pictures indicate. It’s 10 minutes from Opryland hotel and 15 minutes from downtown. Its in a quiet neighborhood, cute and roomy. Property manager is readily available for questions. It was a great experience!

AWESOME property

The listing is accurate and Mark and Scarlett were great to work with. They even picked up a few things from the store and had everything there when we arrived. 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Will stay again when we com back.

Great little house to stay

The inside of the house was very clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars overall and cleanliness is because of the back deck. The deck and furniture covers need to be washed as there is quite a bit of mold. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Great home away from home

Great place to stay while in Nashville. Mark had all those little things you might have forgotten to pack like a coffee filter or a ziplock baggie, etc. Also the availability of TV channels was great. My husband enjoyed catching up on his sports when we got back each day. I would highly recommend staying here. It was a short Uber ride to downtown Nashville for an evening out

Simply perfect!

We enjoyed out stay. This house was very clean and nicely decorated. Bedrooms were cozy and the bathrooms super clean. The neighbors were very quiet and would always wave and say hello when we came and went. We never had any issues with Uber's picking us up or bringing us home. We would stay her again for our next visit. Owners were very great to work with. Again, this house was super clean and very cozy!

Nice quiet location

Nice quiet area closer to Broadway than you would think. It was a short uber ride to get downtown. Beds were comfortable although they sat very low to the ground that I think older people might have trouble getting in and out of. Otherwise great, clean, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms.

Fabulous Nashville home in quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was fairly convenient to everything we wanted to down town and around Nashville. The house has clearly been updated and all rooms, furniture, and appliances were modern. Additionally, we found at least different roads into the neighborhood depending on the direction we were coming from. We recommend this property for anyone that doesn’t have to stay 2 blocks from Broadway or want to spend $400 per night in a nearby hotel.

Very comfortable stay on quiet end street

The house is located at the end of a quiet street and fit our needs perfectly. We would suggest that the water pressure be checked because it was extremely low in both showers although there was plenty of hot water. The beds were low to the floor and pillows were just too fluffy for us, but there were other pillows to select from. Otherwise, a great home for 2 couples with private beds and baths.

Cozy Corner House

There were three of us staying at this house and it was comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet except for the occasional dog barking. Everything we needed was there. Scarlett and Mark answered any questions I had promptly. When we couldn’t get the tv remotes to work as described in the binder, we got a call from the owner within 30 minutes to walk us through the process. We had no problems after. Easy access to all of the attractions we wanted to see. I would highly recommend staying here.
