This apartment is more spacious than it looks online. The decor is modern and fresh and simple. We were able to walk to nice restaurants and coffee houses. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Everything was easy to use. We both said we would love to come back here next time we visit Nashville. As an added bonus, it was convenient to the Grand Ole Opry where we were attending a concert.

The owner is a lifelong resident of East Nashville and purchased this beautiful 100 year old property in 2016. The lower level is used as an office space and editing suite and the upstairs apartment with private entrance is for the exclusive use of our guests.

Why they chose this property

This dual purpose building is used as office space on the lower floor and the apartment entrance is located up the staircase at the back of the property, from the private courtyard/parking area. The upstairs apartment is exclusively for guest use.

What makes this property unique

Our apartment is located in the eclectic and diverse neighborhood of East Nashville with so many Nashville original coffee shops and restaurants and just over two miles to downtown Nashville. It's a lovely, upscale renovated property that travelers to Nashville will find comfortable and convenient.
