Amazing property

We would definitely recommend staying here!

So glad we found this place! Our stay was great. The view was AMAZING and the rental was just what we needed for our brief stay. The hosts were great with communicating and they provided a list of nearby recommendations. There is a shuttle you can utilize to get around the property as well. The pool was also fantastic. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location

I appreciated the gated area for my car rental and the hotel staff that assisted me on check in were helpful. Spacious one bedroom apartment near the hub of Tamarindo but far enough to have quiet evenings.

Beautiful view

We had a very relaxing long weekend at this condo which probably has the best views in Playa Conchal. It combines the view of mountains, ocean and golf course. The management team was responsive and helpful in getting us dinner reservations. We enjoyed golf, the beach club and the beautiful white playa conchal beach. Would definitely stay again.

The attention the team from Rentals by OCC gave us was great! They answered all of our questions and helped us with an issue we had on a sunday in no time ! We had a very nice stay at Roble Sabana. Beautiful views, super comfy bed, clean space with everything we needed. The free shuttle service to the beach club and the W hotel was an extremely helpful feature of the resort. Rentals by OCC was very helpful and responsive to all of our needs and questions, before and during the trip. We had an issue with our lock at one point and the management staff came within 20 minutes to help, even after hours..... Overall, would recommend booking with OCC!.

A five star resort experience.

this is an absolutely beautiful condo with a big balcony patio and a super comfy bed I'd you like a fairly firm mattress, which I do! loved everything about it. the one downside was my own fault - I hadnt realized this condo is IN the Reserva Conchal. that means you can't walk into town easily and you are pretty dependent on shuttle transportation to get around if you haven't brought your own vehicle. the concierge service is amazing, the beach club has great prices on food and drink here and it is absolutely a five star resort experience.

Excelente Apartamento y vista espectacular!

En realidad me sorprendió las dimensiones del apartamento, pensé que era más pequeño y la verdad 4 personas pueden convivir perfectamente durante una estancia corta. El equipamiento como el maneja se encuentra prácticamente nuevo, la internet y TV de alta velocidad y en HD. Además, tiene una vista espectacular de la Reserva y campo de golf que al final contrasta con la vista del mar. Es un lugar muy silencioso lo que permite un contacto con la naturaleza muy cerca que permite escuchar diferentes aves y los congos. El acceso fue sumamente ágil a la Reserva y disfrutamos del Club de playa que tiene un personal muy amable. En el edificio a pesar de que se encuentra en el último piso hay carritos en el lobby que permiten llevar varias cosas a la vez, utilizando el ascensor rápidamente. Pronto volveremos, ya que cumplió nuestras expectativas. Tal cual indique considero que la alfombra necesita una limpieza profunda y tal vez un abanico de pedestal sería bueno para no utilizar tanto el aire acondicionado.

Excelente condominio en Reserva Conchal

Nos encantó el condominio Roble Sabana, tiene una excelente ubicación en Reserva Conchal y las instalaciones reciben muy buen mantenimiento. El club de playa de Reserva Conchal es un gran valor agregado para los huéspedes de los condominios. La ubicación es estratégica para visitar y conocer otras playas cercanas. No tengo comentarios, toda la experiencia fue muy positiva.

Great resort but service can be improved

Check in check out process easy with key pad front door lock. Resort & beach club amenities are great. The ocean view from the unit is awesome. Unit itself was comfortable and clean. OCC management‘s services need improvement. The Wi-Fi was out most of the time in the unit. The lighting in the unit is also terrible but we only stayed 2 nights so not a big deal. We were told after we left that Wifi was out for the whole building and not just our unit. We requested an extra blanket from OCC but were delivered a bed sheet. When I called to ask where OCC office is located thinking I can go by myself to pick up a blanket, they seem to refuse to tell me where they are located. They just keep repeatingly asking me how they can help me. Will definitely visit Reserva Conchal again but not so sure about an OCC managed unit.

Very nice location! Close to everything: beautiful beach, park and trails. The condo was clean and well equipped. To have your own washer and dryer in the middle of trip was a huge plus:) Very easy communication with the property manager. Did I mention the magnificent view!? We liked everything and will come back for sure!!
