beautiful garden and view

We had a lovely stay in this cottage in Allerona. The garden is lovely and very user-friendly. The bedrooms are simple but roomy and the bathrooms ok (no keys on the bathroom doors however). Allerona village is well worth a visit and Orvieto too. The people who looked after the cottage (Mirko and his wife) were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a "get away from it all" kind of holiday!

beautiful holdiday

For us perfect location. We passed wonderfull days in this house. Silence and few are great. Pool and house were very clean. You get everthing you need for your special holidays, all you disire in an perfect fitted kitchen. Big old house with enough space. We thank friendly Mirco for the help he gave us

Relax e Natura

Le foto non rispettano a pieno la proprietà: prato inesistente , staccionate fissate alla meno peggio , tutto un po’ lasciato allo stato brado , appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto ripulire tutto , la cucina era completamente unta , non funzionavano nemmeno i fornelli dal grasso che c’era , la lavastoviglie non scaricava , abbiamo sistemato anche quella, per non parlare delle crepe all’interno dello stabile , probabilmente dovute al terremoto , vernice a penzoloni e ragnatele ovunque. Le porte finestre non si chiudono ,tutti gli sportelloni delle finestre con le maniglie rotte, il portico era quasi impraticabile dagli insetti vari che uscivano dal soffitto ,abbiamo pulito anche quello per renderlo vivibile . Il tavolo esterno del portico pieno di tarli che ti cadevano addosso . Insomma , la struttura da rivedere , nonostante tutto Mirko, il proprietario , è stato sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità . Capisco che si va in campagna , ma forse è da rivedere il costo della struttura , messa così , vale molto meno.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage aber Probleme bei Instandhaltung und Kommunikation vor Ort

Das Haus ist sehr schön, gut zu finden und in traumhafter Lage. Leider konnte der Ansprechpartner vor Ort weder Deutsch noch Englisch und der Pool wurde vor der Übergabe nicht gereinigt. Bei der sehr hohen Abrechnung der Endreinigung kommt auch noch ein stattlicher Betrag für Strom dazu (180 für Endreinigung + 50 Euro Strom für 6 Nächte Aufenthalt).
